Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy, wykonane z kartonu w ksztalcie splaszczonego prostopadloscianu. Nowa postac wzoru posiadajaca indywidualny charakter przejawia sie w ukladzie slowno-kolorystyczno-graficznym sciany frontowej tego opakowania oraz ukladzie jej linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy w wersji czarno-bialej w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2 - to samo opakowanie w wersji kolorowej w widoku perspektywicznym. Opakowanie ozdobne slodyczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma prostokatna sciane frontowa z tlem w kolorze jasnobrazowym, otoczonym prostokatna ramka w kolorze zlotym, przy czym na tym tle znajduja sie dwie grupy motywów ozdobnych przypominajacych piktogramy - znaki pisma obrazkowego z okresu kultury Olmeków i Azteków oraz sztuki prekolumbijskiej. Z kolei, w górnej czesci tarczy kolowej znajduje sie logo „WAWEL" przedstawiajace brazowy prostokat z wkleslym dolnym jego bokiem otoczonym zlota soczewkowa obwódka oraz usytuowanym nad tym bokiem krótszym zlotym elementem soczewkowym, a w poblizu górnego dluzszego boku pogrubiona zlota linia, pomiedzy którymi to liniami na brazowym tle znajduje sie napis „WAWEL" wykonany wypuklymi, zlotymi stylizowanymi literami usytuowany lukowo. W dolnej centralnej czesci sciany frontowej czesciowo przyslaniajac tarczowa figure znajduje sie wypukly napis „CZEKOLADKI NADZIEWANE" w kolorze ciemnobrazowym z jasnobrazowa obwódka. Piktogramy wypukle umieszczone z obu stron tarczy kolowej stanowia motywy stylizowanych glów ludzkich analogicznych jak glowa usytuowana w srodkowej czesci tarczy kolowej, glów zwierzat drapieznych, w tym analogicznych jak glowy zwierzat pod slowem „OLMECA" oraz abstrakcyjnych figur geometrycznych, wszystkie w kolorze ciemno i jasnobrazowym, przy czym motywy z prawej strony tarczy stanowia lustrzane odbicie motywów z lewej jej strony. The new design, with its unique character, manifests itself in the word, color, and graphic arrangement of the front of this packaging and the arrangement of its lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the decorative sweets packaging in a black and white perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same packaging in a color perspective view. The decorative sweets packaging, based on the industrial design, has a rectangular front with a light brown background surrounded by a rectangular gold frame. This background features two groups of decorative motifs resembling pictograms—pictorial characters from the Olmec and Aztec cultures and pre-Columbian art. The primary group of these motifs consists of pictograms placed on the surface of a circular shield, slightly truncated at the top, resembling an Aztec calendar. A complementary group of decorative motifs consists of convex pictograms placed on the right and left sides of the shield, on the aforementioned light brown background, with a mosaic of figures composed of arcs, straight and broken lines, circular and semicircular elements. The surface of the circular shield features concentric rings with two groups of identical pictogram decorative elements, separated by a yellow ring and an adjacent dark brown ring. The dark brown background of the lateral surfaces of the first ring, with the largest diameter, and the seventh ring, with a significantly smaller diameter, feature identical decorative elements resembling an ornament composed of small, light brown oval figures placed side by side. Near the outer edges, there are light brown rings, between which are symmetrically arranged on the remaining dark brown surface, identical light brown pictograms with a construction motif. In turn, adjacent to these rings, with dark brown, light brown, dark brown, and light brown backgrounds, both groups feature further, identical pictograms with abstract motifs in contrasting dark brown, light brown, and yellow, respectively. In the central part of the circular shield, covering part of these rings, there is a horizontally situated convex gold frame with a profile close to rectangular, with its edges wavy on both sides, with a dark brown background inside, on which there is a convex inscription "OLMECA" made in large, stylized letters in gold, while above this frame, part of the rings is covered by a figure made of several multi-colored concentric rings in gold, brown, beige and brown, while on the surface of the beige ring there is an ornament made of colored pictograms, and on the inner brown ring there is a circular ornament made of interconnected semi-elliptical elements and small semi-elliptical elements in red placed inside them, while inside the central ring The brown part features a human head in pre-Columbian style with wide-open green-brown eyes, a bushy mane of brown hair, a large brown nose, white teeth and a long, outward-protruding red tongue, under which there is an arched green-yellow element imitating a necklace. Below the frame with the inscription "OLMECA" there is a decorative motif partially covering the ring elements, made up of a brown field with a profile similar to two rectangles connected by an arc at an obtuse angle with their shorter sides rounded, surrounded by a bold beige border and pictograms imitating animal heads with abstract elements in red and orange, and between them three stepped interconnected elements of a trapezoidal outline with two inverted arc elements in red and beige situated above them, with decorative ring elements in orange, light brown, red and beige adjoining the rounded part of the border of the brown field on both sides. Below this decorative motif, set against a background of further rings, there are further decorative elements in the form of an arc composed of adjacent yellow oval fields, beneath which are drawings of two red birds with their tails touching. On either side of the arc are two pictograms depicting animal heads in red, light brown, and orange. In turn, in the upper part of the circular shield is the "WAWEL" logo, which consists of a brown rectangle with a concave lower side surrounded by a gold lenticular border and a shorter gold lenticular element situated above this side, and near the upper longer side is a bold gold line, between which lines on a brown background is the inscription "WAWEL" in convex, gold stylized letters arranged in an arc. In the lower central part of the front wall, partially obscuring the shield figure, there is a convex inscription "CHOKOLADKI NADZIEWANE" (FILLED CHOCS) in dark brown with a light brown border. The convex pictograms placed on both sides of the circular shield constitute motifs of stylized human heads analogous to the head located in the central part of the circular shield, heads of predatory animals, including those analogous to the animal heads under the word "OLMECA", and abstract geometric figures, all in dark and light brown, with the motifs on the right side of the shield being a mirror image of the motifs on the left side. Essential features of the industrial design The decorative packaging for sweets, made of cardboard in the shape of a flattened cuboid, shown in the illustrations in Fig. 1 and 2, is characterized by the following: - it has a rectangular front wall with a light brown background surrounded by a rectangular gold frame, and on this background there are two groups of decorative motifs resembling pictograms - symbols of pictorial writing from the period of the Olmec and Aztec cultures and pre-Columbian art; - the basic group of the aforementioned motifs consists of pictograms placed on the surface of a circular shield, slightly truncated in its upper part, resembling an Aztec calendar, and a complementary group of decorative motifs consists of convex pictograms placed on the right and left side of the shield on the aforementioned light brown background with a mosaic of figures made of arcs, straight and broken lines, circular and semicircular elements; - on the surface of the circular shield there are concentric rings provided with two groups of identical pictogram decorative elements separated from each other by a yellow ring and an adjacent dark brown ring; - in the central part of the circular shield, covering part of the rings, there is a horizontally situated convex gold frame with a profile close to rectangular, with wavy edges on both sides, with a dark brown background inside, on which there is a convex inscription "OLMECA" in large, stylized gold letters; - above this frame, part of the rings is covered by a figure made of several concentrically arranged multi-coloured rings in gold, brown, beige and brown, with the surface of the beige ring having an ornament made of coloured pictograms, and the inner brown ring having a circular ornament made of interconnected semi-elliptical elements and small semi-elliptical elements in red placed within them, while inside the central brown ring there is a human head in the pre-Columbian style; - in the upper part of the circular shield there is the "WAWEL" logo, representing a brown rectangle with a concave lower side surrounded by a gold lenticular rim and a shorter gold lenticular element situated above this side, and near the upper longer side there is a bold gold line, between which lines on a brown background there is the inscription "WAWEL" in convex, gold stylised letters situated in an arc; - in the lower central part of the front wall, partially covering the shield figure, there is a convex inscription "CZEKOLADKI NADZIWANE" in dark brown with a light brown rim. - convex pictograms placed on both sides of the circular shield are motifs of stylized human heads, heads of predatory animals and abstract geometric figures, all in dark and light brown, with the motifs on the right side of the shield being a mirror image of the motifs on the left side.
