Nakrycie glowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalne nakrycie glowy, wykonane z tkaniny futerkowej i przeznaczone zwlaszcza dla kobiet lub dziewczat. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wprowadzenie na rynek oryginalnego nakrycia glowy, które bedzie kojarzone z glowami dzikich zwierzat lub z nakryciem glowy ludzi na dzikim zachodzie. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym ksztalcie, bogatej kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii poszczególnych elementów oraz w estetyce wykonania nakrycia glowy. Czasza nakrycia glowy zawiera otok i denko o oryginalnym ksztalcie i bogatej kolorystyce, wyposazone w oryginalne, stylizowane i kolorowe dodatkowe elementy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych barwnych kserokopiach z wydruków komputerowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia nakrycie glowy w widoku od przodu glowy, fig.2- nakrycie glowy w widokuukosnym z góry, fig.3- nakrycie glowy w widoku z boku a fig.4- nakrycie glowy w widoku od tylu glowy. Nakrycie glowy, którego istotne cechy sa przedstawione ponizej w opisie oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3 i fig.4, zawiera czasze, od której z dolu odchodza tasiemki z gladkiej tkaniny, zakonczone futerkowymi pomponami. Czasza i pompony sa wykonane z tkaniny futerkowej w kolorze jasnobrazowym, przechodzacym w brazowy z zaznaczonymi pregami w kolorze czarnym. W górnej czesci czasza jest wyposazona w stojace uszy, wyprofilowane w ksztalt muszli z trójkatnym wierzcholkiem, na czesci wypuklej tkaniny futerkowej. Czesc wklesla uszu jest wykonana z gladkiej tkaniny. Ze szczytu uszów wychodzi element w postaci futerka, przypominajacego czarny pedzelek. Na czesci czolowej czaszy jest naszywka z gladkiej tkaniny w ksztalcie serduszka. Gladka tkanina, z której sa wykonane czesci wklesle uszu, tasiemki i serduszka jest w jasnym kolorze, na przyklad w bialym lub w bezowym. The goal of the industrial design is to introduce a unique headgear to the market, one that will be associated with the heads of wild animals or with the headgear worn by people in the Wild West. The new and original character of the industrial design is evident in its stylized shape, rich colors, and the arrangement of individual elements, as well as in the aesthetics of the headgear. The headgear's bowl includes a rim and base with an original shape and rich colors, equipped with original, stylized, and colorful additional elements. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached color photocopies of computer printouts, in which Fig. 1 shows the headgear from the front, Fig. 2 from an oblique top view, Fig. 3 from the side, and Fig. 4 from the back. The headgear, the essential features of which are presented below in the description and in the illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, comprises a bowl with smooth fabric ribbons extending from the bottom, tipped with fur pompoms. The bowl and pompoms are made of light brown faux fur with marked black stripes. The upper part of the canopy features erect ears, shaped like a shell with a triangular top, and a convex section of fur fabric. The concave portion of the ears is made of smooth fabric. A fur element resembling a black brush protrudes from the top of the ears. On the front part of the canopy is a heart-shaped patch of smooth fabric. The smooth fabric from which the concave portions of the ears, ribbon, and heart are made is in a light color, for example, white or beige.
