Nakrycie glowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalne nakrycie glowy, wykonane z tkaniny gladkiej, albo z dzianiny i przeznaczone zwlaszcza dla kobiet lub dziewczat. Celem rozwiazania wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest wprowadzenie na rynek oryginalnego nakrycia glowy, które bedzie kojarzone z nakryciem glowy ludzi na dzikim zachodzie. Nowy i oryginalny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym ksztalcie, bogatej kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii poszczególnych elementów oraz w estetyce wykonania nakrycia glowy. Czasza nakrycia glowy zawiera otok i denko o oryginalnym ksztalcie i bogatej kolorystyce, wyposazone w oryginalne, stylizowane i kolorowe dodatkowe elementy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych barwnych kserokopiach z wydruków komputerowych, na których fig. 1 przedstawia nakrycie glowy w widoku od przodu glowy, fig. 2 - nakrycie glowy w widoku ukosnym z góry, fig. 3 - nakrycie glowy w widoku z boku a fig. 4 - nakrycie glowy w widoku od tylu glowy.2 Nakrycie glowy, którego istotne cechy sa przedstawione ponizej w opisie oraz w materiale ilustracyjnym na fig. 1 , fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4, zawiera czasze, której otok jest zwienczony owalnym denkiem, przy czym czasza i denko sa wykonane z gladkiej tkaniny w kolorze jasnokremowym. Od dolu otok jest zakonczony rondem, które jest przeszyte kilkakrotnie sciegiem równoleglym do obrzeza ronda i przypinane do otoka zatrzaskowo. Po bokach czaszy od otoka odchodzi sznureczek w kolorze jasnokremowym, na który naciagniety jest stoper zmniejszajacy dlugosc sznureczka pod broda. The goal of the industrial design is to introduce a unique headgear to the market, one that will be associated with the headgear worn by people in the Wild West. The new and original character of the industrial design is evident in its stylized shape, rich colors, and the arrangement of individual elements, as well as in the aesthetics of the headgear. The headgear's bowl includes a rim and base with an original shape and rich colors, equipped with original, stylized, and colorful additional elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached color photocopies of computer printouts, in which Fig. 1 shows the headgear from the front of the head, Fig. 2 - the headgear from an oblique view from above, Fig. 3 - the headgear from the side, and Fig. 4 - the headgear from the back of the head.2 The headgear, the essential features of which are presented below in the description and in the illustrations in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, comprises a bowl, the rim of which is topped with an oval bottom, the bowl and bottom being made of smooth light cream fabric. The bottom of the bowl is finished with a brim, which is stitched several times parallel to the edge of the brim and fastened to the brim with a snap. On the sides of the bowl, a light cream-colored string extends from the rim, onto which a stopper is stretched, reducing the length of the string under the chin.
