Description

Otrzymana faze wodna zadaje sie wodorotlenkiem wapnia (CaOH2) celem uzyskania osadów. PLThe subject of the invention is a method of neutralizing used, industrial oil emulsions, intended to protect the natural environment of man, that is, to protect water and soil against the harmful effects of oils contained in used emulsions. It is known to use a method of neutralizing mixed oil emulsions. with sewage containing mineral oils, consisting in heating these liquids to 95 ° C and to which magnesium chloride and sodium chloride are dosed. These salts destroy the colloidal state of the liquid to be treated and the formation of oil particles suspended in the water. The liquid prepared in this way is centrifuged on two centrifuges working in series. As a result of centrifugation, the water phase containing 5G-150 mg / l and a concentrated oil phase are obtained. The disadvantage of the described method is that the salts that cause rapid corrosion of the installation and the insufficient degree of purification of the water phase are dosed. The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the method according to the invention, which consists in dosing the treated liquid in place of MgCl2 + NaCl with acid sodium phosphate (NaH2PO4). The liquid prepared in this way is heated to 95 ° C and then directed to the preliminary liquid separation by centrifugation. As a result of the initial centrifugation, an aqueous phase with an oil content of up to 75 mg / l is obtained. The obtained aqueous phase is treated with calcium hydroxide (CaOH2) to obtain a precipitate. The solution thus obtained is directed to devices separating the sludge from the aqueous phase. The final result is a water phase with an oil content of less than 30 mg / l. The obtained water phase can be recycled or discharged outside without the risk of contamination of the environment. The advantage of the invention is particularly that the presented method of dosing the substances allows for targeted control of the added ions that do not cause corrosion of the plant and allow a high degree of water purification and the use of the concentrated oil phase for energy purposes.
