Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z góry i boku, fig. 2 w przekroju osiowym, a fig. 3 - w widoku z góry. Uchwyt ma postac bryly przestrzennej o ksztalcie zblizonym do luku o odgietych koncach ramion. Konce ramion maja rózna dlugosc i plaska podstawe, a ich zakonczenie ma w widoku z góry ksztalt zblizony do polowy kola. Górna powierzchnia kazdego z ramion jest wypukla i laczy sie z górna powierzchnia uchwytu wlasciwego na innej wysokosci, a linia przeciecia tej powierzchni z plaska powierzchnia zewnetrzna uchwytu wlasciwego stanowi istotne zdobienie uchwytu.Kazde z ramion uchwytu, od wewnetrznej swej stronie ma gwintowany otworu przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu do powierzchni mebla. Powierzchnia uchwytu jest jasna, metaliczna. PL PL PL PLFurniture Handle The industrial design registration right has been in effect since July 17, 2002. The industrial design is a two-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of furniture doors and drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in top and side views, Fig. 2 in axial cross-section, and Fig. 3 in top view. The handle has the form of a three-dimensional solid, roughly arc-shaped, with bent-back ends. The ends of the arms have different lengths and a flat base, and their top end resembles a half-circle when viewed from above. The upper surface of each arm is convex and connects to the upper surface of the handle itself at a different height. The intersection of this surface with the flat outer surface of the handle itself constitutes the handle's significant decoration. Each arm of the handle has a threaded hole on its inner side intended for mounting the handle to the furniture surface. The handle's surface is bright and metallic. PL PL PL PL
