Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy ula- twiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, które nadaja mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosza jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z góiy i boku, a fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Uchwyt ma postac bryly przestrzennej o ksztalcie zblizonym do polowy luku o odgietych koncach ramion. Odgiety koniec ramiona ma plaska podstawe zaopatrzona w gwintowany otwór przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu do powierzchni mebla. Górna powierzchnia calego uchwytu jest plaska i ma zdobienie zlokalizowane w po- blizu konca ramienia uchwytu symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej jego osi. Zdobienie to ma postac rowka laczacego linia lamana dwa przeciwlegle, dluzsze krawedzie uchwytu. Linia lamana sklada sie z pieciu odcinków, z których dwa odcinki skrajneoraz odcinek srodkowy sa prostopadle wzgledem dluzszej krawedzi uchwytu, zas dwa pozostale sa równolegle wzgledem tej krawedzi. Powierzchnia uchwytu jest jasna, metaliczna. PL PLFurniture Handle The industrial design registration right has been in effect since February 13, 2003. The industrial design is a single-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of furniture doors and drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape and surface decoration, which give it a new, original appearance and enhance its aesthetic value. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle from the top and side, and Fig. 2 - from the top. The handle has the form of a three-dimensional solid, roughly half-arc-shaped, with bent ends of the arms. The bent end of the arm has a flat base with a threaded hole for attaching the handle to the furniture surface. The upper surface of the entire handle is flat and features decoration located near the end of the handle arm, symmetrically along its longitudinal axis. This decoration takes the form of a groove connecting the two opposite, longer edges of the handle with a broken line. The broken line consists of five segments, of which the two outer segments and the middle segment are perpendicular to the longer edge of the handle, while the other two are parallel to this edge. The surface of the handle is bright and metallic.
