Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem, fig. 2 jest przekrojem rzutu pionowego, fig. 3 jest rzutem poziomym a fig. 4 jest przekrojem poprzecznym z fig. 3. Uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy sklada sie z czesci mocujacej oraz czesci chwytowej. Czesc 1 mocujaca ma ksztalt podobny do kolowego walca. Górna czesc bocznej powierzchni walca jest polaczona z czescia 2 chwytowa tak, ze powierzchnia jego górnej podstawy stanowi przedluzenie powierzchni zewnetrznej czesci chwyto- wej. Czesc chwytowa 2 jest uformowana z plytki i je j czesc polaczona z czescia 1 mo- cujaca tworzy kat ostry z podstawa uchwytu, zas czesc koncowa jest do tej podstawy w przyblizeniu równolegla. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its utility. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 is a view, Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional elevation, Fig. 3 is a horizontal elevation, and Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of Fig. 3. The single-point furniture handle consists of a mounting part and a gripping part. The mounting part 1 has a shape similar to a circular cylinder. The upper part of the cylinder's lateral surface is connected to the gripping part 2 so that the surface of its upper base forms an extension of the outer surface of the gripping part. Grip part 2 is formed from a plate, and its part, connected to mounting part 1, forms an acute angle with the base of the handle, while the end part is approximately parallel to this base.
