Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w pólwidoku i pólprzekroju osiowym, a fig. 2 - w widoku z góry. Uchwyt ma postac osiowo symetrycznej bryly przestrzennej o ksztalcie zblizonym do luku o odgietych koncach ramion. Bryla ta w widoku z góry ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o wkleslych bokach dluzszych i zakonczonych pólkoliscie bokach krótszych. Górna powierzchnia odgietych ramion ma zdobienie w postaci ukladu liniowych zgrubien zachodzacych na czesc lukowa. Uklad zgrubien kazdego ramionasklada sie z kilku zgrubien o ksztalcie litery U ustawionych tak, ze jej ramiona sa w przyblizeniu w równolegle do krawedzi uchwytu oraz z kilku krótkich, prostych zgrubien rozmieszczonych symetrycznie wzgledem wzdluznej osi uchwytu. Uchwyt wlasciwy w poblizu kazdego z konców ma na stronie wewnetrznej cylindryczny wystep wyposazony w gwintowany otwór, który jest przeznaczony do mocowania uchwytu do powierzchni mebla. Powierzchnia uchwytu jest jasna, metaliczna. PL PLFurniture handle The right from registration of an industrial design has been in force since 17.07.2002. The subject of the industrial design is a two-point furniture handle that facilitates the opening and closing of doors and furniture drawers. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the handle, which gives it a new, original look and increases its aesthetic value. The object of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a half-view and half-axial section, and in Fig. 2 - in a top view. The handle has the form of an axially symmetrical three-dimensional solid with a shape similar to the arch with bent ends of the arms. In the top view, this block has a shape similar to a rectangle with longer concave sides and shorter sides with semicircular ends. The upper surface of the bent arms is decorated in the form of a system of linear thickenings overlapping the arched part. The thickening pattern of each arm consists of several U-shaped thickenings arranged so that its arms are approximately parallel to the edge of the handle, and several short, straight thickenings symmetrically about the longitudinal axis of the handle. The handle appropriate to each end has a cylindrical projection on the inside provided with a threaded hole for securing the handle to the surface of the furniture.
