Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna przeznaczona dostosowania w wywietrznikach przewodów wentylacyjnych, przewodach kominowych, przewodach wentylacyjnych, a takze w drzwiach i oknach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac kratki wentylacyjnej w dwóch odmianach przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja kraikom wentylacyjnym swoisty i oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kratki wentylacyjna w widoku ogólnym z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane kratki wentylacyjnej w widoku ogólnym z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia druga odmiane kratki wentylacyjnej w widoku ogólnym z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia druga odmiane kratki wentylacyjnej w widoku ogólnym z boku. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 pierwsza postac kratki wentylacyjnej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac kwadratowej ramki, o ryflowanych, wypuklych powierzchniach krawedzi w ukladzie kwadratu, w której znajduja sie dwa pionowe rzedy szczelin w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach. Przy czym pierwsza i ostatnia szczelina w kazdym z tych rzedów ma zaokraglone tylko dwa rogi od strony wewnetrznej kratki. Pomiedzy rzedami szczelin w osi symetrii znajduja sie dodatkowe trzy szczeliny, usytuowane prostopadle do szczelin w tych rzedach, dwie w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach, a jedna, srodkowa, w ksztalcie kola. Dwa równolegle boki kratki zaopatrzone sa w dwa rozporowe zaczepy, sprezynujace, w ksztalcie zaokraglonych prostokatów, polaczone z ramka za pomoca zgrzewania. Powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest wykonczona na polysk. Zgodnie z wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 druga postac kratki wentylacyjnej charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postacprostokatnej ramki, o ryflowanych, wypuklych powierzchniach krawedzi w ukladzie prostokata, w której znajduja sie dwa pionowe rzedy szczelin w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach. Przy czym pierwsza i ostatnia szczelina w kazdym z tych rzedów ma zaokraglane tylko dwa rogi od strony wewnetrznej kratki. Pomiedzy rzedami szczelin w osi symetrii znajduje sie dodatkowe piec szczelin, usytuowanych prostopadle do szczelin w tych rzedach, trzy w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach, a dwie, umieszczone pomiedzy szczelinami prostokatnymi, w ksztalcie kól. Dwa równolegle boki kratki zaopatrzone sa w cztery rozporowe zaczepy, sprezynujace, w ksztalcie zaokraglonych prostokatów, polaczone z ramka za pomoca zgrzewania. Powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest wykonczona na polysk. 1. Kratke wentylacyjna w pierwszej odmianie charakteryzuja nastepujace cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: istnienie kwadratowej ramki, o ryflowanych, wypuklych powierzchniach krawedzi w ukladzie kwadratu, w której znajduja sie dwa pionowe rzedy szczelin w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach, przy czym pierwsza i ostatnia szczelina w kazdym z tych rzedów ma zaokraglone tylko dwa rogi od strony wewnetrznej kratki, istnienie pomiedzy rzedami szczelin w osi symetrii, dodatkowych trzech szczelin, usytuowanych prostopadle do szczelin w tych rzedach, dwóch w ksztalcie prostokatów o zaokraglonych bokach, a jednej, srodkowej, w ksztalcie kola, istnienie na dwóch równoleglych bokach kratki dwóch rozporowych zaczepów, sprezynujacych, w ksztalcie zaokraglonych prostokatów, przymocowanych do kratki wentylacyjnej za pomoca zgrzewania, istnienie wykonczonej na polysk powierzchni kratki wentylacyjnej, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of ventilation grille in two varieties, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the ventilation slats a unique and original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two varieties in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the ventilation grille in a general top view, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the ventilation grille in a general side view, Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the ventilation grille in a general top view, and Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the ventilation grille in a general side view. According to the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the first form of ventilation grille is characterized by being in the form of a square frame with grooved, convex edge surfaces in a square configuration, containing two vertical rows of rectangular slots with rounded sides. The first and last slot in each of these rows has only two rounded corners on the inner side of the grille. Between the rows of slots on the axis of symmetry, there are three additional slots, situated perpendicular to the slots in these rows: two rectangular slots with rounded sides, and one central slot, circular. The two parallel sides of the grille are equipped with two spring-loaded struts in the shape of rounded rectangles, connected to the frame by welding. The surface of the ventilation grille is finished with a glossy finish. In accordance with the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, the second form of the ventilation grille is characterized by a rectangular frame with grooved, convex edge surfaces in a rectangular configuration, containing two vertical rows of rectangular slots with rounded sides. The first and last slots in each of these rows have only two rounded corners on the inner side of the grille. Between the rows of slots on the axis of symmetry are five additional slots, positioned perpendicular to the slots in these rows: three are rectangular with rounded sides, and two, placed between the rectangular slots, are circular. The two parallel sides of the grille are equipped with four spring-loaded expansion clips in the shape of rounded rectangles, connected to the frame by welding. The surface of the ventilation grille has a glossy finish. 1. The ventilation grille in the first variant is characterized by the following essential features of an industrial design: the existence of a square frame with grooved, convex edge surfaces in a square arrangement, in which there are two vertical rows of slots in the shape of rectangles with rounded sides, wherein the first and last slot in each of these rows has only two rounded corners on the inner side of the grille, the existence between the rows of slots in the axis of symmetry of three additional slots, situated perpendicularly to the slots in these rows, two in the shape of rectangles with rounded sides and one, in the middle, in the shape of a circle, the existence on two parallel sides of the grille of two spring-loaded expansion hooks in the shape of rounded rectangles, attached to the ventilation grille by welding, the existence of a finished on the gloss of the surface of the ventilation grille, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The ventilation grille in the second variant is characterized by the following essential features of the industrial design: the existence of a rectangular frame with grooved, convex edge surfaces in a rectangular arrangement, in which there are two vertical rows of slots in the shape of rectangles with rounded sides, wherein the first and last slot in each of these rows has only two rounded corners on the inner side of the grille, the existence between the rows of slots in the axis of symmetry of five additional slots, situated perpendicularly to the slots in these rows, three in the shape of rectangles with rounded sides, and two, situated between the rectangular slots, in the shape of circles, the existence of four expansion hooks in two parallel sides of the grille, spring elements in the shape of rounded rectangles, attached to the ventilation grille by welding, the existence of a glossy finished surface of the ventilation grille, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
