STOLIK PROSTOKATNY (z dwiema szybami) Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest stolik prostokatny z dwiema symetrycznie umieszczonymi kwadratowymi szybami (wzdluz blatu). Zostal on przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach „Fig." 1A, 1 B oraz 1C, a takze rysunku ,JFig."2A, 2B oraz 2C. Stolik ten nalezy do grupy mebli systemowych oraz pokojowych z mozliwoscia znacznie szerszego jego zastosowania. Blat stolika oraz elementy boczne, stanowia zabudowe stolika pomiedzy jego nogami i wykonane zostaly z plyty meblowej. Nogi wykonane zostaly z drewna. - Blat stolika („Fig." 2C) jest prostokatna plaszczyzna wzdluz której osadzone zostaly dwie przyciemniane szyby. Sa one osadzone w otworach blatu (klejone do blatu). Otwory maja identyczny przekrój jak szyby. - Nogi stolika („Fig." Fot. 1A) maja regularny ksztalt o przekroju kwadratu. - Skrzynia stolika („Fig." Fot. 1 A) - sklada sie z czterech podluznych listew zamocowanych na obwodzie stolika. Lacza one nie tylko wszystkie cztery nogi ze soba, ale takze usztywniaja one cala konstrukcje stolika, pelniac takze role konstrukcji nosnej. 1Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie jego poszczególnych elementów, przejawiajace sie jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce , zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym - rysunki oraz fotografii. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa takze jego walory wizualne i estetyczne (wzdluznie umieszczone kwadratowe szyby przyciemniani), w sposób harmonijny wkomponowuje sie w ksztalt oraz kolorystyke blatu i stolika jako calosci. Wazna cecha prezentowanego stolika jest takze dwukolorowa stylistyka, tzn. kolor blatu oraz skrzyni bedaca w niewielkim kontrascie do jego nóg. It is shown in the attached illustrations "Fig." 1A, 1B and 1C, as well as drawings "Fig." 2A, 2B and 2C. This table belongs to the group of modular and living room furniture with the possibility of a much wider range of applications. The table top and side elements constitute the table's structure between its legs and are made of furniture board. The legs are made of wood. - The table top ("Fig." 2C) is a rectangular plane along which two tinted panes of glass are mounted. They are mounted in the holes in the table top (glued to the top). The holes have the same cross-section as the panes. - The table legs ("Fig." Photo 1A) have a regular shape with a square cross-section. - The table box ("Fig." Photo 1A) - consists of four longitudinal slats mounted around the perimeter of the table. They not only connect all four legs together, but also stiffen the entire structure of the table, also acting as a load-bearing structure. 1. Essential features of an industrial design: The essence of an industrial design is a new, spatial arrangement of its individual elements, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color scheme, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material - drawings and photographs. The essential features of the industrial design are also its visual and aesthetic values (longitudinally placed square tinted glass), which harmoniously integrates with the shape and color of the table top and the table as a whole. Another important feature of the presented table is its two-tone design, meaning the color of the table top and the box are in slight contrast to its legs. This solution allows the supporting structure of the table, together with its legs, to visibly distinguish and emphasize the shape and shape of the legs.
