Description
PL PLThe present invention aims to overcome the disadvantages hitherto encountered in the preparation of fertilizers containing phosphates and sulfur, as is the case with the methods described in French Patent Nos. 563 595 and 328 031, English Patent No. 6,429, 1906 and German No. 350 879. According to these methods, phosphates and sulfur were delicately crushed, and microorganisms that carried oxygen were added after the mass was prepared by adding soil containing plant parts, fertilizer, etc. These methods always add sulfur directly, whereas according to the present invention, phosphate is produced, containing sulfur that is sublimated during addition to phosphate. For this purpose, various sulfur ores as well as by-products containing sulfur are heated, such as waste from the production of light gas and others - under conditions known to obtain sulfur vapors, which are then introduced into the mixing apparatus, lined it is lead or other material where simultaneous sublimation and mixing with the powdered phosphate take place, and then the fixing and crystallization of sulfur takes place on every minute part of the calcium phosphate. The quantitative ratio of the components is selected depending on the soil and culture ratios. The final product is a fertilizer which is adapted to the microorganisms contained in the soil and which is homogeneous. Its action is most beneficial for plant development through the work of ferments (microorganisms) contained in the soil. PL PL
