Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Phosphor und Schwefel enthaltenden Düngemittels.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, die Übelstände zu beheben, welche bei den bekannten Verfahren zur Herstellung von Düngemitteln, die Phosphate und Schwefel enthalten, sieh zeigen, z. B. jenem gemäss der französischen Patentschriften Nr. 563595 und Nr. 328031, der britischen Patentschrift Nr. 6429 vom Jahre 1906 und der deutschen Patentschrift Nr. 350879. Die Verfahren gemäss diesen Patentschriften gründen sich im allgemeinen auf die feine Zerkleinerung von Phosphatgestein und Schwefel, worauf man Mikroorganismen zufügt, die Sauerstoff übertragen, nachdem man die Masse vorher durch Zusatz von vegetabilienhaltiger Erde, Dünger od. dgl. dafür geeignet gemacht hat.
Gemäss allen diesen Verfahren wird der Schwefel immer direkt als solcher zugefügt, während gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung das schwefelhaltige Phosphat durch die Sublimation des Schwefels während seiner Zufügung zum Phosphat erzeugt wird.
Zu diesem Zwecke werden die verschiedenen bekannten Schwefelmineralien oder Nebenprodukte, die Schwefel enthalten, z. B. die Reinigungsabfälle, von der Erzeugung von Leuchtgas, unter bekannten Bedingungen erhitzt, um Dämpfe von Schwefel zu erhalten, welch letztere dann in eine mit Blei oder anderem Material ausgekleidete Mischvorrichtung geleitet werden, wo gleichzeitig die Sublimation des Schwefels und seine Vermischung mit dem feinpulverigen Phosphat erfolgt. Dabei wird eine Festsetzung und Kristallisation des Schwefels auf jedem kleinsten Pulverteilchen des Kalziumphosphats erzielt.
Das Mischungsverhältnis der Bestandteile wird hiebei je nach den Bodenverhältnissen und den Kulturen gewählt.
Als Endprodukt erhält man ein Düngemittel, das auch dem Wachstum der im Boden vorhandenen Mikroorganismen angepasst und gleichmässig ist. Die Wirkung ist daher auch die günstigste für die Entwicklung der Pflanzen durch die Arbeit der im Boden befindlichen Fermente (Mikroorganismen).

The present invention aims to remedy the drawbacks which are shown in the known processes for the preparation of fertilizers containing phosphates and sulfur, e.g. B. that according to the French patents No. 563595 and No. 328031, the British patent No. 6429 from 1906 and the German patent No. 350879. The processes according to these patents are generally based on the fine comminution of phosphate rock and sulfur, whereupon microorganisms are added that transmit oxygen after the mass has previously been made suitable for this by adding vegetable soil, fertilizer or the like.
According to all of these processes, the sulfur is always added directly as such, while according to the present invention the sulfur-containing phosphate is generated by the sublimation of the sulfur during its addition to the phosphate.
For this purpose the various known sulfur minerals or by-products containing sulfur, e.g. B. the cleaning waste, from the production of luminous gas, heated under known conditions to obtain sulfur vapors, which the latter are then fed into a mixing device lined with lead or other material, where at the same time the sublimation of the sulfur and its mixing with the finely powdered Phosphate takes place. A fixation and crystallization of the sulfur is achieved on every tiny powder particle of the calcium phosphate.
The mixing ratio of the components is chosen depending on the soil conditions and the crops.
The end product is a fertilizer that is also adapted to the growth of the microorganisms in the soil and is uniform. The effect is therefore also the most beneficial for the development of plants through the work of the ferments (microorganisms) in the soil.
