Wada tego sposobu jest dlugi proces technologiczny. Stosowane narzedzia i oprzyrzadowanie jest drogie i ma zlozony proces wytwarzania. Inny sposób wykonywania zabków metoda skrawania jest zastosowanie frezarki z podzielnica. W tym procesie wytwarzania równiez wystepuje dlugi proces wytwarzania i dodatkowa wada jest mala dokladnosc wykonywanych zabków.Celem wynalazku jest uproszczenie procesu technologicznego i wyeliminowanie stosowania specjalnych obrabiarek, drogich narzedzi i oprzyrzadowania. It is known how to make teeth in tooth clutches by planing on a hobbing machine with the use of special tools and equipment. The disadvantage of this method is the long technological process. The tools and equipment used are expensive and have a complex manufacturing process. Another way of making cuts with a cutting method is to use a milling machine with a dividing head. This production process also involves a long production process and an additional disadvantage is the low accuracy of the teeth. The aim of the invention is to simplify the technological process and eliminate the use of special machine tools, expensive tools and equipment. This goal has been achieved by developing a device that has a knurled rotatingly mounted in the body. The use of the device for kneading the teeth allows to reduce the production time. The production process is cheaper than the known processes, the cutting method. The subject of the invention is shown in the example of the embodiment in the drawing, which shows the device in section. The device for kneading the tooth according to the invention is equipped with a knurl 1 on which is mounted a shield 2 and a ball bearing 3, twisted the nut 4 through the washer 5. The ball bearings 3 are embedded in the body 6 in which a hole 7 is made for knocking out the knurl 1 from the body 6. A screw 8 is screwed into the hole 7, which prevents contamination of the ball bearings 3 and is filled with grease at the same time. The figure shows the positioning of the workpiece 9 relative to the knurl 1. The tooth forming device is clamped in the tool post of the lathe and the workpiece is mounted in the lathe chuck. Tooth forming is performed by turning the workpiece 9 which rotates the knurle 1. The infeed is carried out by the machine advance parallel to the axis of the workpiece 9.
