Description

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest element laczacy do ksztaltek ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego, zwlaszcza do czesci krajobrazowych zabawek.Do laczenia ksztaltek ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego, stosowanego zwlaszcza przy budowie czesci krajobrazu dla zabawek w postaci kolei zelaznej lub torów wyscigowych stosowano dotychczas srodki klejace.Tego rodzaju nierozlaczny sposób mocowania wyklucza jednak pózniejsze zmiany, na przyklad przestawienie gór i pagórków. Szczególnie wadliwe jest to przy krajobrazach dla zestawiania urzadzen i grup modelowych, które powstaja z czesci budowlanych jednej kasety zabawki. W tym samym mianowicie zakresie jak przebudowywane i zmieniane sa przez dziecko modelowe grupy budowlane i budowane urzadzenia, odpowiedni krajobraz powinien umozliwiac dopasowanie go do nowych sytuacji. Dziecko traci mianowicie chec do zabawy i radosci z niej, gdy przykladowo jego nowo wybudowana kolej linowa zamiast w krajobrazie górskim trzeba ustawic w uzytkowa¬ nym dotychczas i odpowiednio zbudowanym krajobrazie portowym.Celem wynalazku jest unikniecie wymienionych wad, a zadaniem technicznym wiodacym do tego celu jest opracowanie wytrzymalego na rozciaganie polaczenia dla ksztaltek ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego, w szczególnosci czesci budowy krajobrazu.Zadanie to rozwiazano zgodnie z wynalazkiem w ten sposób, ze element laczacy ma dwie polaczone ze soba czesci mocujace o ksztalcie nozowym, zaopatrzone w otwory, przez które jest przesuniety gwózdz mocuja¬ cy, krzyzujac sie z czesciami mocujacymi elementu laczacego.Jedna czesc mocujaca, wykonanego w postaci odlewu wtryskowego elementu laczacego wciska sie w celu laczenia dwóch ksztaltek ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego najpierw w jedna ksztaltke. Nastepnie na wystaja¬ ca czesc mocujaca elementu laczacego nasadza sie druga ksztaltke, az do zetkniecia sie z pierwsza. Nozowy ksztalt czesci mocujacych powoduje, ze wciskaja sie one latwo i lekko w porowaty material i przecinaja równo¬ czesnie wlókna materialu, tak ze nie wystepuja rozkruszenia materialu otaczajacego wciskany element, co przykladowo wystepuje przy wciskaniu elementów tepych. Rozkruszenie materialu powoduje mianowicie utrate jego elastycznosci i sily zaciskania, która pierwotnie powoduje dzialanie kotwiace element mocujacy.92 580 Element laczacy wedlug wynalazku przecina strukture, ale nie jest to zwiazane z kruszeniem struktury, przy czym utrzymuje sie pelna elastycznosc i sila zaciskania materialu przy nieznacznym powierzchniowym zniszczeniu materialu.W celu zabezpieczenia ksztaltek przed rozciagnieciem wprowadza sie w te ksztaltki gwozdzie mocujace poprzecznie do czesci mocujacych, przesuwajac przez otwory w tych czesciach. Aby mozliwie ulatwic te czynnosc zaleca sie wprowadzanie elementów laczacych w ksztaltki w poblizu ich obrzeza.Korzystny zakres zastosowania elementów laczacych stanowi budowa krajobrazu w urzadzeniach sluza¬ cych do zabawy, w szczególnosci tego rodzaju, który wykonuje sie z czesci zawartych w jednej kasecie. Modele takie sklada sie mianowicie na krótki czas.Element laczacy wedlug wynalazku stwarza w kazdej chwili, przez dolaczenie dalszych czesci budowy krajobrazu, mozliwosc powiekszenia lub zmiany tego krajobrazu i w ten sposób dopasowania nowo zlozonej grupy modelowej i urzadzenia. Polaczenie zabezpieczone szczególnie na rozciaganie poszczególnych czesci budo¬ wy krajobrazu zapewnia ich trwalosc przy wiekszych krajobrazach.Wedlug dalszej cechy wynalazku pomiedzy obiema czesciami mocujacymi jest wykonany kolnierz oporo¬ wy. Tym samym gwózdz mocujacy po pierwsze lekko daje sie wtlaczac w spienione tworzywo sztuczne, a po drugie unika sie kruszenia materialu otaczajacego wcisniety gwózdz.Wreszcie wedlug dalszej cechy wynalazku gwózdz mocujacy powinien miec na jednym koncu ostrze a na drugim glówke, która umozliwia latwe wprowadzenie i wyciaganie gwozdzia.Przedmiot wynalazku jest uwidoczniony w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedsta¬ wia czesci ksztaltek polaczone elementem wedlug wynalazku w schematycznym przekroju, fig. 2 - zas element laczacy wraz z gwozdziem mocujacym w widoku perspektywicznym.Jak pokazano na rysunku, element laczacy 1 sklada sie z dwóch polaczonych ze soba czesci mocujacych 2a, 2b wcisnietych w celu polaczenia w dwie ksztaltki 3a, 3b ze spienionego tworzywa sztucznego. Czesci 2a i 2b maja ksztalt nozy z ostrymi koncami 4.Pomiedzy czesciami mocujacymi 2a, 2b znajduje sie kolnierz oporowy 5 sluzacy jako ograniczenie glebo¬ kosci wbicia.Nozowe czesci mocujace 2a, 2b sa zaopatrzone w otwory 6, przez które jest przesuniety gwózdz mocujacy 7 krzyzujac sie z tymi czesciami.
