BUTELKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 18.04.2005r Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów dla przemyslu motoryzacyjnego. Butelka wedlug wzoru jest nowa i oryginalna w odniesieniu do dotychczas znanych rozwiazan tego typu. Istota niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni Butelka bedzie wykonywana sposobem wedlug dotychczasowego stanu techniki zwlaszcza z odpowiedniego tworzywa sztucznego. Butelka jest oryginalna w ksztalcie oraz o wysokich walorach estetycznych. Pozwala na wygodne poslugiwanie sie nia przy obsludze pojazdu mechanicznego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje butelke w widoku z góry, fig.2 pokazuj e butelke w widoku z szerszego boku, zas fig. 3 pokazuje butelke w widoku z wezszego boku.Cechy istotne niniejszego wzoru przemyslowego to: to, ze butelka ma plaszczyzne symetrii przechodzaca przez srodek wlewu i przez dluzsza z osi symetrii wydluzonej podstawy, w dolnej czesci przekrój poziomy butelki jest staly do polowy jej wysokosci i zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach, przy czym dluzsze boki tego przekroju sa lukami, zas w górnej czesci butelka ma ksztalt stozka scietego jednostronnie usytuowanego wzgledem podstawy butelki, natomiast dolna czesc butelki ma poszerzajace przetloczenia na swoich krancach, jak to pokazano na fig.l, fig.2 i fig.3. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle made of plastic, intended primarily as packaging for liquid products for the automotive industry. The bottle according to the design is new and original compared to previously known solutions of this type. The essence of this industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface formation. The bottle will be manufactured using a method consistent with the current state of technology, particularly from a suitable plastic. The bottle is original in shape and has high aesthetic values. It allows for comfortable use when operating a motor vehicle. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a view from a wider side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a view from a narrow side. The essential features of this industrial design are: the bottle has a plane of symmetry passing through the center of the filler and through the longer axis of symmetry of the elongated base, in the lower part the horizontal cross-section of the bottle is constant up to half its height and close to a rectangle with rounded corners, with the longer sides of this cross-section being arcs, while in the upper part the bottle has the shape of a cone truncated on one side relative to the base of the bottle, while the lower part of the bottle has widening embossments on its ends, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
