Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w perspektywie i widoku z boku. Istotna cecha charakterystyczna butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze jej pobocznica (1) ma ksztalt niepelnego walca, z promieniowym wybraniem (2) na dlugosci calej pobocznicy (1), a plaska podstawa górna (3) ma szyjke (4) z gwintem, natomiast os pionowa szyjki (4) w stosunku do osi pionowej czesci walcowej jest przesunieta w poziomie w kierunku krawedzi plaskiej podstawy górnej (3) i plaskiej podstawy dolnej (5), jak to przedstawiono na fig. 1 i 2. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective and a side view. An important characteristic feature of the bottle according to the industrial design is that its side surface (1) has the shape of an incomplete cylinder, with a radial recess (2) along the entire length of the side surface (1), and the flat upper base (3) has a neck (4) with a thread, while the vertical axis of the neck (4) in relation to the vertical axis of the cylindrical part is shifted horizontally towards the edges of the flat upper base (3) and the flat lower base (5), as shown in figs. 1 and 2.
