Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac uchwytu prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale oraz kolorystyce. Powloka zewnetrzna uchwytu jest wykonana z miekkiego tworzywa sztucznego, poza elemen- tami 0 ksztalcie prostokatów, które sa wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego jak material korpusu i o odmiennej kolorystyce. W drugiej odmianie uchwytu korpus, w widoku z boku, ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata, przy czym jego czesc chwytna w plaszczyznie czo- lowej ma klinowy ksztalt o owalnym koncu. Powloka zewnetrzna czesci chwytnej jest wykonana z miekkiego gumowego tworzywa sztucznego i przechodzi na czesc mocujaca tworzac kolnierz o owalnej krawedzi. The industrial design constitutes a new and original form of the handle, manifesting itself in its shape, material, and color scheme. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the handle in a frontal view; Fig. 1.1 shows a general view of the handle from the side; Fig. 2 shows a first version of the handle in a view from the underside; Fig. 2.1 shows a first version of the handle in a side view; Fig. 2.2 shows a first version of the handle in a top view; Fig. 2.3 shows a first version of the handle in a top view; Fig. 3 shows a second version of the handle in a frontal view; Fig. 3.1 shows a second version of the handle in a side view. The handle according to the industrial design has a plastic body with a gripping and tool mounting part. The gripping part has a shape similar to a cylinder, with the surfaces in the frontal plane and along the central part being flattened on both sides, and a through hole at the narrowed end. The gripping part's coating, for approximately 1/4 of its length, is double-layered and thickened above the body contour. The outer layer is made of a soft rubber material and features, on both sides longitudinally and centrally, a graphic element in the form of a square with a triangle inside and the inscription "Kubala." Below the double-layer coating, the gripping part narrows in a wedge-like shape and merges into the mounting part, with the oval side surfaces of the gripping part merging into the oval edge mounting part, forming a parabolic contour with it. The gripping surfaces, flattened on both sides, merge into the flat, rectangularly widening surfaces of the mounting section, separated by a slot. The shorter edges and the outer edge are beveled, and the oval edge has vertical ribs on both sides. Each surface has two concentric through holes with graduated diameters. A central, trapezoidal-shaped section of the shell is made of soft plastic and merges with the wedge-shaped, tapered part of the handle, forming a collar and a single line with the body contour. In the first variant of the handle, the gripping portion has an elongated, irregular shape with slightly oval surfaces, with the lateral surface on one side having two concave profiles corresponding to the palm of the hand, while below the arc-shaped end in the frontal plane there is an elongated through-hole. Around the hole on each side is a recess corresponding to its shape, with one side of the recess extending halfway along the gripping portion and below it a roughly rectangular shape, while on the other side, below the recess, there are two roughly rectangular shapes in a vertical arrangement. The mounting part has a shape close to a trapezoid, with diagonal edges and on the surface, in the frontal plane, there are horizontal longitudinal projections on both sides, creating a contour close to a triangle, above which there is a horizontal graphic element and the inscription "Kubala". The outer shell of the handle is made of soft plastic, except for the rectangular elements, which are made of plastic like the body material and have a different color. In the second version of the handle, the body, in a side view, has a shape close to a rectangle, while its gripping part in the frontal plane has a wedge-shaped shape with an oval end. The outer coating of the gripping part is made of a soft rubbery plastic and extends onto the mounting part, creating a collar with an oval edge. The mounting part is shaped like a rectangle with rounded corners at the edges and has a graphic element and the inscription "Kubala" placed horizontally on both sides of the front surface. The industrial-style handles are made of hard and soft plastic in various colors. An important feature of the handle according to the industrial design is that: - the gripping part has a shape close to a cylinder, with the surfaces in the frontal plane along the central part being flattened on both sides, - the coating of the gripping part, for approximately 100% of its length, is two-layered and thickened above the contour of the body, and its outer layer is made of a soft rubber material and on both sides longitudinally and in the center there is a graphic element in the form of a square with a triangle placed inside and the inscription "Kubala", - below the two-layer coating, the gripping part is wedge-shaped, - the fastening part has rectangular frontal surfaces flattened on both sides, separated by a slot, with the shorter edges and the outer edge being diagonally cut and the oval edge has vertical ribs on both sides, - in the rectangular surface there are two coaxial through holes with stepped diameters, - a fragment of the coating of the mounting part in the central part has a shape close to a trapezoid and is made of soft plastic and passes onto the wedge-shaped narrowed part of the handle, creating a collar and one line with the contour of the body, - the handle is made of hard and soft plastic of different colors. An important feature of the handle in the first variant of the industrial design is that: - the gripping part has an elongated, irregular shape with slightly oval surfaces, with the side surface on one side having two concave profiles corresponding to the hand, - below the arc-shaped end in the frontal plane there is a through hole of elongated shape, around which on each side there is a recess corresponding to its shape, where on one side the recess reaches half the length of the gripping part and below it there is a shape close to a rectangle, while on the other side below the recess there are two shapes close to a rectangle in a vertical arrangement, - the fastening part has a shape close to a trapezoid, with the edges being shaped diagonally and on the surface, in on the frontal surface, there are horizontal longitudinal projections on both sides, creating a contour similar to a triangle, above which there is a horizontal graphic element and the inscription "Kubala", - the outer coating of the handle is made of soft plastic, except for the rectangular elements, which are made of plastic like the body material and have a different color. An important feature of the handle in the second variant of the industrial design is that: - the body, in a side view, has a shape close to a rectangle, and its gripping part in the frontal plane has a wedge-shaped shape with an oval end, - the outer coating of the gripping part is made of a soft rubbery plastic and passes onto the mounting part, creating a collar with an oval edge, - the mounting part has a shape close to a rectangle with rounded corners in the edge line and has a graphic element and the inscription "Kubala" placed horizontally on both sides on the frontal surface.
