Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, zwlaszcza do napojów. Butelka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru wyróznia sie nowym i indywidualnym zestawieniem elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru w uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 - te sama butelke w widoku ukosnym z dolu, 3 - te sama butelke w widoku z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi ksztalt butelki i wzór uwypuklony na jej powierzchni. Butelka ma ksztalt ogólnie walca, zwezajacego sie na górze, w górnej waskiej czesci tworzy gwint z kolnierzem. Na zwezajaca sie czesc butelki nalozony jest wzór w postaci potrójnego opasania butelki falistymi liniami, przy czym linie te tworza kwadraty o zaokraglonych rogach. W srodkowej czesci butelki znajduje sie zwezajace przetloczenie w formie podwójnego pierscienia. Nad dnem butelki znajduje sie przetloczenie w formie falistego pierscienia, dno butelki utworzone jest poprzez piec glebokich przetloczen. Butelka o ksztaltach wedlug wzoru moze byc wytwarzana z dowolnych materialów, takich jak tworzywa sztuczne, szklo, metal.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle, particularly for beverages. The bottle is distinguished by a new and unique combination of decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 2 - the same bottle from the bottom, and 3 - the same bottle from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the bottle and the pattern emphasized on its surface. The bottle has a generally cylindrical shape, tapering at the top, with a thread and a collar in the upper narrow part. The tapering part of the bottle is patterned with a triple band of wavy lines, with these lines forming squares with rounded corners. In the central part of the bottle, there is a tapering embossment in the form of a double ring. The bottle's bottom is embossed in the form of a wavy ring, while the bottom is formed by five deep embossments.
