Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, zwlaszcza do produktów spozywczych, majacy zastosowanie do przechowywania i transportu wyrobów cukierniczych, jak ciastka, paczki lub inne wyroby wymagajace oddzielnego pakowania. Znane pojemniki do produktów spozywczych maja podstawe do nakladania na nia wyrobu spozywczego i pokrywke, laczaca sie z podstawa poprzez system zatrzasków na kolnierzach podstawy i pokrywki, lub na krawedziach bocznych. Pojemnik, bedacy przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego, ma podstawke, którego dno ma dlugosc w przyblizeniu dwukrotnie wieksza od szerokosci. Dno ma naprzemiennie wystepujace wpusty i wypusty o lukowo uksztaltowanym zarysie i lagodnymi lukami przechodzi w scianki boczne, które utworzone sa z lukowych powierzchni, na przemian o duzym promieniu ze srodkiem wewnatrz pojemnika i malym promieniu ze srodkiem na zewnatrz pojemnika. W pierwszej odmianie wysokosc pokrywki jest dwukrotnie wieksza, niz wysokosc podstawy. W drugiej odmianie wysokosc pokrywki jest równa wysokosci podstawy. Known food containers have a base for placing the food product on it and a lid, which is connected to the base via a system of snaps on the base and lid flanges, or on the side edges. The container subject to the utility model has a base whose bottom is approximately twice its width. The bottom has alternating inlets and outlets with an arc-shaped outline and smooth curves flowing into the side walls, which are formed by arc-shaped surfaces, alternating between a large radius centered inside the container and a small radius centered outside the container. A lid is permanently attached to one of the side walls by means of a hinge. Its bottom contour has a smooth surface, equal to the bottom contour of the base. This constitutes the labeling area. This bottom gently curves into the side walls, which are formed by curved surfaces, alternating between a large radius centered inside the container and a small radius centered outside the container. On the wall opposite the hinged connection, the base and container have snap locks. The container is available in two varieties. In the first variety, the lid height is twice that of the base. In the second variety, the lid height is equal to the base height. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where the first variant is shown in fig. 1 in a side view, in fig. 2 in a top view and in fig. 3 in a perspective view, while the second variant is shown in fig. 4 in a side view, in fig. 5 in a top view and in fig. 6 in a perspective view. The essential features of the design, distinguishing it from other products, are its shape of the side walls and bottom surfaces, wherein the base bottom has a length approximately twice as long as the width and has alternating inlets and outlets with an arc-shaped outline and with gentle arcs passing into the side walls, which are formed of arc surfaces, alternating with a large radius with the center inside the container and a small radius with the center outside the container, in addition to this, a lid is permanently attached to one of the side walls by an articulated joint, with a bottom outline having a smooth surface, equal to the outline of the base bottom, which with gentle arcs passes into the side walls, formed of arc surfaces, alternating with a large radius with the center inside the container and a small radius with the center outside the container, in addition to this, on the opposite wall The articulated connection of the base and the container has snap locks.
