Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kominek - grill ogrodowy, przeznaczony do ustawienia go w ogrodzie, na dzialce, tarasie i znajdujacy zastosowanie do przygotowania potraw na ruszcie grillowym i obrotowym precie rozna. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa postac o indywidualnym charakterze, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów skladowych, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kominek - grill ogrodowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - kominek w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 - kominekw widoku perspektywicznym, zas na fotografii - fig. 4 przedstawiony jest, w widoku perspektywicznym, przykladowy kominek wyposazony w plyte paleniska oraz grill i rozen. Dodatkowym wyposazeniem kominka moze byc silniczek rozna. Kominek - grill ogrodowy wykonany jest ze zbrojonego betonu termoodpornego na bazie kruszywa ceramicznego. Powierzchnia elementów betonowych kominka pokryta jest farba odporna na czynniki atmosferyczne. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Kominek - grill ogrodowy, sklada sie z trzech elementów glównych - komór: komory skladu opalu, komory grillowej i komory wyciagu spalin, które po ustawieniu jeden na drugim stanowia calosc. Komora skladu opalu ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennej bryly, której podstawa ma w srodkowej czesci prostokatne wyciecie, a sciana przednia ma wyciecie biegnace po obu stronach prostopadle do podstawy, przy czym w górnej czesci tworzy luk wygiety ku górze, w kierunku osadzonego na tej komorze prostokatnego blatu, posiadajacego lekko zaokraglone naroza. Na blacie osadzona jest komora grillowa, która stanowia trzy sciany - dwie boczne i tylna, prostopadle do blatu, przy czym w obu scianach bocznych, od wewnetrznej czesci komory, wykonane sa poziome wglebienia, sluzace do umieszczania w nich rusztu grilla, a takze wykonane jest poziome naciecie do umieszczania w nim obrotowego rozna, najczesciej napedzanego silniczkiem elektrycznym. Grill i elementy rozna - szpikulce, widelec, wykonane sa korzystnie z nierdzewnej-kwasoodpornej stali. Na blacie umieszczona jestszamotowa lub blaszana plyta paleniska. Komora wyciagu spalin osadzona jest na trzech scianach komory grillowej i ma ksztalt bryly, skladajacej sie z dwóch elementów: dolnego przypominajacego ostroslup sciety, z wycieciem lukowym w scianie przedniej, skierowanym ku górze oraz z elementu górnego w ksztalcie prostopadlosciennej bryly o podstawie prostokata, z umieszczonym na tej prostopadlosciennej bryle elementem, który ma wyciecie przypominajace, w widoku z przodu, duza litere D, odwrócona zgodnie z kierunkiem ruchu wskazówek zegara o 270°, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz na fotografii - fig. 4. The subject of the industrial design is a garden grill fireplace, intended for installation in a garden, plot, or terrace, and used for preparing food on a grill grate and a rotating spit rod. The essence of the industrial design is its new form with an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of components, suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the garden grill fireplace in a front view, Fig. 2 - the fireplace in a side view, Fig. 3 - the fireplace in a perspective view, while Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of an example fireplace equipped with a fire plate, grill, and spit. Additional equipment for the fireplace may include a spit motor. The fireplace/garden grill is made of reinforced, heat-resistant concrete with a ceramic aggregate base. The surface of the fireplace's concrete elements is coated with weather-resistant paint. The essential features of the industrial design of the fireplace/garden grill consist of three main elements: a fuel storage chamber, a grill chamber, and an exhaust chamber, which, when stacked, form a single unit. The fuel storage chamber is shaped like a cuboid, with a rectangular cutout in the center of the base, and the front wall has a cutout running perpendicular to the base on both sides, forming an upward arc in the upper section towards the rectangular tabletop mounted on this chamber, with slightly rounded corners. The grill chamber is mounted on the countertop, consisting of three walls – two side walls and a rear wall, perpendicular to the countertop. Both side walls, on the inside of the chamber, feature horizontal recesses for the grill grate, as well as a horizontal cutout for the rotisserie, usually driven by an electric motor. The grill and the rotisserie components – the skewers and fork – are preferably made of stainless steel. A firebox plate made of fireclay or sheet metal is placed on the countertop. The exhaust gas extraction chamber is mounted on three walls of the grill chamber and has the shape of a block consisting of two elements: a lower element resembling a truncated pyramid, with an arc cutout in the front wall, directed upwards, and an upper element in the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base, with an element placed on this cuboid, which has a cutout resembling, in a front view, a capital letter D, rotated clockwise by 270°, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 3 and in the photograph - fig. 4.
