Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kominek - grill ogrodowy, przeznaczony do ustawienia go w ogrodzie, na dzialce, tarasie i znajdujacy zastosowanie do przygotowania potraw na ruszcie griIlowym i obrotowym precie rozna. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa postac o indywidualnym charakterze, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów skladowych, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia kominek - grill ogrodowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - kominek w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 - kominekw widoku perspektywicznym, zas na fotografii - fig. 4 przedstawiony jest, w widoku perspektywicznym, przykladowy kominek wyposazony w plyte paleniska oraz grill i rozen. Dodatkowym wyposazeniem kominka moze byc silniczek rozna. Kominek - grill ogrodowy wykonany jest ze zbrojonego betonu termoodpornego na bazie kruszywa ceramicznego. Powierzchnia elementów betonowych kominka pokryta jest farba odporna na czynniki atmosferyczne. Grill i elementy rozna - szpikulce, widelec, wykonane sa korzystnie z nierdzewnej-kwasoodpornej stali. Na blacie umieszczona jest szamotowa lub blaszana plyta paleniska. Komora wyciagu spalin osadzona jest na trzech scianach komory grillowej i ma ksztalt bryly, skladajacej sie z czterech elementów: dolnego - kolnierza, dwóch srodkowych - okapu i komina oraz elementu górnego - czapki. Kolnierz ma ksztalt zblizony do ksztaltu blatu, to jest zblizony do prostokata, o dluzszych bokach znajdujacych sie w czesci czolowej i tylnej, polaczonego po obu stronach krótszych boków z elementami stanowiacymi wycinki kola, których luki skierowane sa na zewnatrz tego kolnierza, ponadto kolnierz ma z przodu lagodne lukowe wyciecie skierowane ku górze. Element srodkowy-okap przypomina ostroslup sciety, na którym umieszczona jest brylaw ksztalcie prostopadloscianu - komin, a na niej element górny- czapka, który ma wyciecie przypominajace, w widoku z przodu, figure w postaci trapezu o zaokraglonych katach, znajdujacych sie przy krótszej, poziomej krawedzi tej figury, a na styku tych elementów, na scianach bocznych umieszczone sa wypusty o przekroju prostokatnym, jak pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 do fig. 3 oraz na fotografii - fig. 4. Kominek wykonany jest we wszystkich kolorach i ich zestawieniach, korzystnie w kolorach brazowym, bialym, ceglastym, czerwonym, zóltym i zestawieniami tych kolorów. The subject of the industrial design is a fireplace - garden grill, intended for installation in a garden, plot, or terrace, and used for preparing food on a grill grate and a rotating spit rod. The essence of the industrial design is its new form with an individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of components, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the fireplace - garden grill in a front view, Fig. 2 - the fireplace in a side view, Fig. 3 - the fireplace in a perspective view, while Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of an example fireplace equipped with a fire plate, grill, and spit. Additional equipment for the fireplace may include a spit motor. The fireplace/garden grill is made of reinforced, heat-resistant concrete with a ceramic aggregate base. The surface of the fireplace's concrete elements is coated with weather-resistant paint. The essential features of the industrial design of the fireplace/garden grill consist of three main elements: a fuel storage chamber, a grill chamber, and an exhaust chamber, which, when stacked, form a single unit. The opal storage chamber consists of a base which, when viewed from below, has the shape of a rectangle and two sides inclined to the base at an acute angle, which sides are also close to rectangles, the distance between these sides at the base being greater than the distance in the upper part, in addition, the base deviates from the horizontal with a slight upward arc and is connected on both sides by an arc line with both sides, and at a height greater than Vi of the height of the opal storage chamber, there is a horizontal shelf in the shape of a rectangle, permanently connecting both sides of this chamber, while in the upper part the chamber is covered with a tabletop in the shape of a rectangle, the longer sides of which are located in the front and rear part, connected on both sides of the shorter sides with elements constituting segments of a circle, the arcs of which are directed outwards This countertop. A grill chamber is mounted on the countertop, which consists of three walls placed perpendicular to the countertop - two side walls, parallel to each other, and the rear wall perpendicular to the side walls. The side walls in the rear part are straight, while at the front they have an arc-shaped cutout directed towards the center, which, in a side view, forms a short section of a straight line in the upper part, perpendicular to the base, which gently curves towards the middle part of the side, creating a large arc, and then gently curves towards the surface of the countertop. The width of the side walls in the upper part is smaller than the width of these walls in the lower part. Furthermore, both side walls, from the inner part of the chamber, have horizontal recesses for placing the grill grate in them, and there is also a horizontal cutout for placing a rotating spit in it, most often driven by an electric motor. The grill and cooking elements—skewers and forks—are preferably made of acid-resistant stainless steel. A fireclay or sheet metal firebox plate is placed on the top. The exhaust chamber is mounted on three walls of the grill chamber and has a solid shape, consisting of four elements: a lower element—the collar; two middle elements—the hood and chimney; and an upper element—the cap. The collar is similar in shape to the top, i.e., a rectangle, with longer sides at the front and rear, joined on both shorter sides by elements constituting segments of a circle, the arcs of which point outward from the collar. Furthermore, the collar has a gentle, upward-facing arc at the front. The central element - the hood - resembles a truncated pyramid on which a cuboid-shaped solid - the chimney - is placed, and on it the upper element - the cap, which has a cut-out resembling, in front view, a figure in the form of a trapezoid with rounded angles located at the shorter, horizontal edge of this figure, and at the junction of these elements, on the side walls, there are projections with a rectangular cross-section, as shown in the drawing - fig. 1 to fig. 3 and in the photograph - fig. 4. The fireplace is made in all colors and their combinations, preferably in brown, white, brick, red, yellow and combinations of these colors.
