Wklad kominkowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 17 wrzesnia 2003 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wklad kominkowy wykonany z zeliwa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wkladu kominkowego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, elementach dekoracyjnych, nadajacych mu oryginalny wyglad. Znane wklady kominkowe maja komore zeliwna z paleniskiem przyslonieta drzwiczkami plaskimi lub wypuklymi z zaroodpornej szyby oraz podstawe umocowanymi na nogach. Dno wklagu i bokiw miejscach polaczen uszczelnione sa specjalna masa lub sznurem glinokrzemianowym, odpornymi na wysokie temperatury. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia wklad kominkowy w widoku z przodu, fig 2 - wklad kominkowy w widoku z boku, zas fig. 3 przedstawia odmiane wkladu kominkowego z fig. 1 i 2 w widoku z przodu, a fig. 4 - odmiane wkladu kominkowego z fig. 1 i 2 w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze wklad kominkowy ma komore zeliwna z paleniskiem osadzona na dwóch podstawach o przekroju prostokata, umieszczonych w tylnej czesci wkladu kominkowego oraz w przedniej czesci obudowy, przyslonieta plaskimi, prostokatnymi drzwiczkami, pod którymi to drzwiczkami, w dolnej czesci obudowy komory, umieszczony jest centrycznie popielnik z rozmieszczonymi symetrycznie pionowymi otworami wlotowymi do rusztu. Z obu stron popielnika, w przedniej plycie komory, umieszczone sa poziome otwory wlotowe powietrza. W przedniej czesci komory grzewczej, nad rusztem, umieszczony jest plotek wykonany jako odlew zeliwny w postaci poziomych pretów, z zamocowanymi na nich, w poblizu scian bocznych komory grzewczej, pólkolistymi elementami. Na tylnej scianie komory grzewczej umieszczony jest motyw dekoracyjny w ksztalcie przypominajacym slonce. Sciany boczne maja fantazyjne uzebrowanie, wykonane z symetrycznie rozmieszczonych elementów, nachylonych do podstawy komory pod katem ok. 45°. Nad górna czescia obudowy znajduje sie komora w ksztalcie dwóch, nalozonych na siebie, scietych ostroslupów, w których powierzchnia przeciecia dolnego ostroslupa jest równa podstawie ostroslupa górnego. Komora ta ma na powierzchni pionowe uzebrowanie i wyposazona jest w dymowy, okragly otwór. Nad ta komora osadzony jestmechanizm dzwigniowy - przepustnica, sluzacy do uchylania zasuwy dymnicowej, jak to pokazano na rysunku - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Odmiana wzoru z fig. 1 i fig.2 ma w obu scianach bocznych, w czesci sasiadujacej z plyta czolowa wkladu kominkowego, prosta szybe ze szkla zaroodpornego, w ksztalcie prostokata i zajmujaca ponad polowe szerokosci sciany bocznej, jak to pokazano na rysunku - fig. 3 i fig.4. The industrial design covers a fireplace insert made of cast iron. The essence of the design is a new form of the fireplace insert, manifested in its shape, line layout, and decorative elements, giving it a unique appearance. Well-known fireplace inserts feature a cast iron chamber with a firebox covered by a flat or convex door made of heat-resistant glass, and a base mounted on legs. The bottom of the insert and the sides at the joints are sealed with a special compound or aluminosilicate cord, resistant to high temperatures. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the fireplace insert from the front, Fig. 2 shows the fireplace insert from the side, while Fig. 3 shows a front view of the fireplace insert from Figs. 1 and 2, and Fig. 4 shows a side view of the fireplace insert from Figs. 1 and 2. The essential features of the industrial design are that the fireplace insert has a cast iron chamber with a firebox mounted on two rectangular bases located in the rear part of the fireplace insert and in the front part of the casing, covered by a flat, rectangular door. Beneath the door, in the lower part of the chamber casing, is a centrally located ash pan with symmetrically arranged vertical inlet openings to the grate. On both sides of the ash pan, in the front plate of the chamber, are horizontal air inlet openings. In the front of the heating chamber, above the grate, is a cast-iron grille in the form of horizontal bars, with semicircular elements mounted on them near the side walls of the heating chamber. A decorative motif resembling a sun is placed on the rear wall of the heating chamber. The side walls feature fanciful ribbing, made of symmetrically arranged elements, inclined to the base of the chamber at an angle of approximately 45°. Above the upper part of the housing is a chamber in the shape of two superimposed truncated pyramids, in which the intersection area of the lower pyramid is equal to the base of the upper pyramid. This chamber has vertical ribbing on its surface and is equipped with a circular smoke outlet. Above this chamber, there is a lever mechanism - a damper, used to open the smoke damper, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. A variant of the design from Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has in both side walls, in the part adjacent to the front panel of the fireplace insert, a straight pane of heat-resistant glass, rectangular in shape and occupying more than half of the width of the side wall, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
