Ga¬ tunkowanie, a raczej fabrykacja zawsze jednolitego prochu czarnego byla wiec do¬ tychczas bardzo utrudniona.Ciagla jednolitosc przy fabrykacji pro¬ chu czarnego daje sie osiagnac przez za¬ stapienie wegla odpowiedniemi zwiazkami chemicznemi, które mozna otrzymac zawsze i stale w tym samym skladzie, a wiec temi, które posiadaja stale te same wlasnosci.Próby wykazaly, ze jako takie zwiazki nadaja sie weglowodory, jak np. naftalen, kwasy naftaleno-sulfonowe, fenokHSulfono- we, fenolo-nitrosulfonowe lub ich pochod¬ ne. Celem rozszerzenia dodatnich wlasno¬ sci prochu, mozna dodac do tych zwiaz¬ ków weglowodany, jak np. celuloze, skro¬ bie, maczke drzewna oraz zwiazki podob¬ ne lub tez ich pochodne. PL PL

Sposób fabrykacji prochu czarnego i podobnych materjalów wybuchowych, znamienny tern, ze wegiel zastapiony jest weglowodorami aromatycznemi lub ich po- chodnemi sulfonowemi, nitrowemi, fenolo- sulfonowemi, nitro-sulfonowemi lub feno- lo-nitrosulfonowemi. 2, Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tern, ze do prochu otrzymanego w powyzej opisany sposób dodaje sie weglowodany lub ich pochodne estrowe. i Lignoza Spólka Akcyjna.
