Bochenek chleba Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 24 lutego 2005r. r Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bochenek chleba, przeznaczony do bezposredniej konsumpcji, wyrózniajacy sie wysokimi walorami smakowymi i odzywczymi. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania.Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l- pokazuje bochenek chleba w widoku perspektywicznym, zas fig.2 - uwidacznia bochenek po przekrojeniu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany takze na fotografiach, na których fig.3- ilustruje bochenek chleba w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig.4 - w widoku perspektywicznym od spodu, fig. 5 - w widoku z góry, fig.6 - po przekrojeniu, natomiast fig.7 - prezentuje bochenek chleba w zblizeniu, po przekrojeniu. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze bochenek chleba jest uksztaltowany w formie jednostronnie wypuklej i wydluzonej bryly 1. Bochenek chleba w widoku z góry ma zarys wydluzonego owalu. Zewnetrzna powierzchnia bochenka chleba jest rowkowana. Rowki % w dolnej czesci sa rozmieszczone obwodowo, zas u góry rowki 2 przebiegaja wzdluznie. Na powierzchni bochenka chleba sa widoczne ciemne, drobne przebarwienia 3 oraz jasne smugi 4. Ciemne, drobne przebarwienia 3 tworza znajdujace sie w masie bochenka ziarna zbóz i ziola. Jasne smugi 4, ukladajace sie w regularne linie sa utworzone z warstwy maki zalegajacej w rowkach 2. Bochenek chleba, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, wyróznia sie tym, ze w jego miazszu po przekrojeniu sa widoczne pomaranczowe snujgi 5. The subject of the industrial design is a loaf of bread, intended for direct consumption, distinguished by its high taste and nutritional value. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the loaf of bread in a perspective view, while Fig. 2 shows the loaf after a cross-section. The subject of the design is also presented in photographs, in which Fig. 3 illustrates the loaf of bread in a perspective view from the side, Fig. 4 in a perspective view from the bottom, Fig. 5 in a top view, Fig. 6 after a cross-section, and Fig. 7 shows a close-up of the loaf of bread after a cross-section. Significant features of the industrial design include a loaf of bread shaped as a unilaterally convex and elongated solid 1. Viewed from above, the loaf of bread has the outline of an elongated oval. The outer surface of the loaf is grooved. The grooves % in the lower part are arranged circumferentially, while the grooves 2 at the top run longitudinally. On the surface of the loaf of bread, there are visible dark, slight discolorations 3 and light streaks 4. The dark, slight discolorations 3 are created by the cereal grains and herbs contained within the loaf. Light streaks 4, arranged in regular lines, are formed by a layer of flour lying in the grooves 2. The loaf of bread, in accordance with the industrial design, is distinguished by the fact that after cutting it, orange streaks 5 are visible in its flesh. The streaks £ are formed by mixing the bread mass with the vegetable mass made of grated carrot combined with grated celery before baking.
