Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa wykonczeniowa, stanowiaca ozdobny element wykonczeniowy wszelkiego rodzaju i typu drzwi, w tym takze drzwi meblowych. Znane listwy wykonczeniowe charakteryzuja sie tym, ze trzy powierzchnie scian listew sa proste, a czwarta czolowa ma zróznicowane ksztalty profilowane. W odniesieniu do znanych listew wykonczeniowych, zwlaszcza wykorzystywanych jako elementy ozdobne wszelkiego rodzaju drzwi, nowosc oraz indywidualny charakter postaci listwy wykonczeniowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w szczególnosci w jej charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz profilu i liniach jej konturu. Listwa wykonczeniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac nieregularnej bryly, symetrycznej wzgledem osi pionowej, w której w górnej czesci prostopadlych scian bocznych, utworzone sa przez powierzchnie czolowa listwy zewnetrzne dwustronne wypusty, przechodzace w wyzlobienie, tworzace wyprofilowana dwukrotnie albo trzykrotnie wklesla powierzchnie czolowa listwy, natomiast dwie boczne proste powierzchnie scian listwy sa prostopadle do prostej powierzchni jej sciany dolnej. Known finishing strips are characterized by three straight faces, while the fourth face has varied, profiled shapes. In relation to known finishing strips, especially those used as decorative elements for all types of doors, the novelty and individual character of the finishing strip in the industrial design is particularly evident in its distinctive shape, profile, and contour lines. The finishing strip according to the industrial design has the form of an irregular shape, symmetrical about the vertical axis, in which in the upper part of the perpendicular side walls, the front surface of the strip has two-sided projections, which turn into a groove, creating a profiled, double- or triple-concave front surface of the strip, while the two side straight surfaces of the strip walls are perpendicular to the straight surface of its bottom wall. In a finishing strip according to the industrial design, its front profiled surface is covered with a decorative veneer in any color, including a veneer imitating wood from various trees, or covered with varnish in any color, and the finishing strip can be made of any material, including plastic. The industrial design is presented in its variants in the attached drawing, which shows the shape of the finishing strip, in which: Fig. 1 - shows in a front view the first variant of the finishing strip in the form of an irregular shape, symmetrical about the vertical axis, in which in the upper part of the perpendicular side walls, the front surface of the strip forms external double-sided projections, rounded on one side, passing into grooves, creating a profiled concave front surface of the strip in the form of two recesses, between which there is flat surface, while the two side straight surfaces of the strip walls are perpendicular to the straight surface of its bottom wall; fig. 2 - shows in a frontal view the second variant of the finishing strip in the form of an irregular solid, symmetrical with respect to the vertical axis, in which in the upper part of the perpendicular side walls, the front surface of the strip forms external double-sided projections, one-sidedly rounded, passing into a groove, creating a profiled concave front surface of the strip in the form of two recesses forming a shape similar to a rounded obtuse letter W, while the two side straight surfaces of the strip walls are perpendicular to the straight surface of its bottom wall; Fig. 3 - shows the front view of the third variant of the finishing strip in the form of an irregular shape, symmetrical about the vertical axis, in which in the upper part of the perpendicular side walls, the front surface of the external strip has two-sided projections, one-sidedly rounded, passing into a groove, creating a profiled concave front surface of the strip, in the form of three wavy recesses forming a shape similar to the rounded letter M, while the two side straight surfaces of the strip walls are perpendicular to the straight surface of its bottom wall. The essential features of the industrial design are that the finishing strip according to the industrial design has the form of an irregular solid, symmetrical about the vertical axis, in which in the upper part of the perpendicular side walls, the front surface of the strip has external, two-sided projections, one-sidedly rounded, wherein the projections, passing into the groove of the front surface of the strip, create a profiled, concave surface of the strip, either in the form of two recesses with a flat surface between them, or in the form of two recesses forming a shape similar to a rounded, obtuse letter W, or in the form of three wavy recesses forming a shape similar to a rounded letter M, while the two side straight surfaces of the strip walls are perpendicular to the straight surface of its bottom wall.
