Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil konstrukcyjny wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego znajdujacy zastosowanie do budowy stanowisk wystawowych, ekspozycyjnych oraz do montazu mebli, pólek, tablic informacyjnych i reklamowych, usytuowanych pionowo, poziomo lub ukosnie. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni i ukladzie trwalych elementów wyrobu. Znane profile konstrukcyjne maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego wnetrze stanowia trzy kanaly majace w widoku czolowym zarys prostokata, przy czym scianki boczne od strony zewnetrznej wyposazone sa w symetryczne wzdluzne rowki, a na sciance górnej i dolnej znajduja sie wzdluzne wypusty. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique design manifested in the shape, surface properties, and arrangement of the product's durable components. Known structural profiles have a cuboid shape, the interior of which consists of three channels, each with a rectangular outline in the frontal view. The side walls are equipped with symmetrical longitudinal grooves on the exterior, and longitudinal projections on the top and bottom walls. The construction profile according to the industrial design is characterized in that it has the form of a geometric solid in the shape of an L cylinder, the center of which is equipped with a smaller internal cylinder 2, wherein the wall of cylinder 1 on the internal side and the wall of internal cylinder 2 on the external side are connected by longitudinal, radially arranged internal walls 3 in the shape of a rectangle, and internal cylinder 2 has longitudinal projections 4 in the internal direction, constituting an extension of the internal walls 2. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the construction profile in cross-section.
