Description
Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiono w ponizszych przykladach wykonania.Przyklad I. Sypka masa cementowa posiada sklad: piasek kwarcowy - 100 czesci wagowych cement S—400 — 8 czesci wagowych woda glinian sodu NaOH — 9 czesci wagowych — 1,5 czesci wagowych — 0,2 czesci wagowych2 86 283 Masa ta osiaga nastepujace wlasnosci wytrzymalosciowe: t Rc0,5h -1,8-2,6kG/cm2 Rc24h - 5,0 - 9,0 kG/cm2 Przykladll. Ciekla masa cementowa posiada sklad: piasekkwarcowy — 100 czesci wagowych cementS—400 — 6 czesci wagowych woda — 6 czesci wagowych gliniansodu — 1,5 czesci wagowych sól sodowa etoksylowanego i siarczanowanego alkoholu tluszczowego — 0,2 czesci wagowych Masa ta uzyskuje nastepujace wlasnosci wytrzymalosciowe: Rc°'5h = 0,9-1,4kG/cm2 Rc1 h = 1,5-1,8kG/cm2 Rc24h - 3,5-4,0 kG/cm2 Przepuszczalnosc masy wynosi 200—300 cm4/G • min Krótki czas wiazania masy umozliwia usuwanie oprzyrzadowania modelowego po czasie 30—40 minut od zaformowania. PLThe subject of the invention is a cement mass for the production of casting molds and cores, both for loose and liquid masses. Hitherto known cement masses have a number of disadvantages. The greatest inconvenience is the long setting time and the instability of the mass properties at changing ambient temperatures. The activators used to shorten the setting time, such as water glass, polyphosphates, alkali metal chlorides, molasses, do not ensure removal of the model equipment in less than 3 to 4 hours from the preparation of the mass. The use of sodium aluminate allows for a more effective acceleration of the setting process, but prevents the The purpose of the invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences by introducing a suitable additional activator into the cement mass. The essence of the cement mass for the production of casting molds and cores according to the invention, both in relation to the loose mass and and liquid, containing sodium aluminate as a basic activator, it consists in the use of an additional activator in the form of sodium hydroxide in the amount of 0.05 to 2.0 parts by weight of the mass. To achieve higher strength properties of the mass, the mixing water is heated and is most preferably to the temperature of 30-80 ° C. The activator used in the cement according to the invention causes an intensive setting process, the setting speed being slightly dependent on the ambient temperature. The density of the mass with the activator is higher than that of the mass without it. The subject of the invention is presented in the following examples. Example I. Loose cement mass has the following composition: quartz sand - 100 parts by weight cement S-400 - 8 parts by weight water sodium aluminate NaOH - 9 parts by weight - 1.5 parts by weight - 0.2 parts by weight2 86 283 This weight achieves the following strength properties: t Rc0.5h -1.8-2.6 kg / cm2 Rc24h - 5.0 - 9.0 kg / cm2 Example. The liquid cement mass has the following composition: quartz sand - 100 parts by weight of cement S-400 - 6 parts by weight water - 6 parts by weight of sodium clay - 1.5 parts by weight sodium salt of ethoxylated and sulphated fatty alcohol - 0.2 parts by weight This mass obtains the following strength properties: Rc ° '5h = 0.9-1.4kG / cm2 Rc1 h = 1.5-1.8kG / cm2 Rc24h - 3.5-4.0 kG / cm2 Mass permeability is 200-300 cm4 / G • min Short the time of setting the mass enables the removal of the model tooling after 30-40 minutes from forming.
