Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal do prezentacji i sprzedazy wyrobów, zwlaszcza wyrobów spozywczych . Regal znajduje szczególnie zastosowanie do produktów piekarniczych i cukierniczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w postaci zewnetrznej regalu, ksztalcie stelaza regalu oraz ksztalcie i usytuowaniu pólek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje regal w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 - regal w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - fragment regalu z pólka , fig. 4 - regal przeznaczony do ustawienia na posadzce , a fig. 5 - regal przeznaczony do zawieszenia na scianie. Polozenie tablicy odpowiada nachyleniu pólek.Regal przeznaczony do umieszczania na posadzce lub ladzie sklepowej wyposazony jest podstawe przymocowana od dolu do stelaza, co zostalo pokazane na fig. 4 , natomiast regal wiszacy uwidoczniony na fig. 5 zawiera elementy osadcze przymocowane do pionowych slupków w czesci górnej i dystansowe przymocowane w czesci dolnej slupków. Regal wedlug wzoru umozliwia dogodne zapoznawanie sie z towarem i swobodne wyjmowanie wyrobów z przedzialu pólki, jak równiez ich uzupelnianie przez personel sklepu poprzez wkladanie od otwartej strony tylnej. The shelf is particularly useful for bakery and confectionery products. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the external form of the shelf, the shape of the shelf frame, and the shape and arrangement of the shelves. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the shelf from the front, Fig. 2 - the shelf from the side, Fig. 3 - a fragment of the shelf with a shelf, Fig. 4 - the shelf intended for floor-standing, and Fig. 5 - the shelf intended for wall-mounting. The industrial-style shelving unit consists of a rectangular frame in the frontal view, formed by vertical side posts connected at the bottom by a horizontal crossbar, and inclined shelves, preferably at a 45-degree angle, placed one above the other between the vertical posts. The shelves extend beyond the frame. Each shelf is rectangular and includes a bottom and side and front frames in the form of thin bars. The rear of the shelf is open. A longitudinal divider extends from the bottom of the shelf, dividing it into compartments for storing food products, such as packaged rectangular or square breads. The shelving unit is topped with a flat, rectangular information and advertising board placed above the top shelf. The position of the board corresponds to the inclination of the shelves. The shelf, designed for floor or counter placement, is equipped with a base attached to the frame at the bottom, as shown in Fig. 4, while the hanging shelf, shown in Fig. 5, includes mounting elements attached to the vertical uprights at the top and spacers attached to the bottom of the uprights. The shelf design allows for convenient viewing of merchandise and easy removal of products from the shelf compartment, as well as replenishment by store staff by inserting them from the open rear side.
