Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal do prezentacji i sprzedazy wyrobów, zwlaszcza wyrobów spozywczych . Regal znajduje szczególnie zastosowanie do produktów piekarniczych i cukierniczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w postaci zewnetrznej regalu, ksztalcie stelaza regalu oraz ksztalcie i usytuowaniu pólek. The rack, according to the industrial design, is built of a rectangular-shaped frame in the front view formed of vertical side posts joined at the bottom by a horizontal crossbar and inclined, preferably at an angle of 45 degrees, shelves placed one above the other between the vertical posts. Shelves extend beyond the rack. Each of the shelves has a rectangular shape and has a bottom, side and front framing in the form of thin rods. The shelf is open on the rear side. From the bottom of the shelf protrudes a longitudinally positioned divider dividing the shelf into compartments in which food products are placed, e.g. packaged rectangular or square bread. The bookcase ends at the top with a flat information and advertising board in the shape of a rectangular plate placed above the highest shelf. The position of the board corresponds to the inclination of the shelves. The leg, intended to be placed on the floor or a counter, has a base attached to the bottom of the frame as shown in Fig. 4, while the hanging rack as shown in Fig. 5 has retaining elements attached to vertical posts at the top and spacers attached to the bottom of the posts. The rack according to the pattern allows easy access to the goods and easy removal of products from the shelf compartment, as well as their supplementation by the store staff by inserting them from the open back side.
