Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest regal do prezentacji i sprzedazy wyrobów, zwlaszcza wyrobów spozywczych. Regal ma zastosowanie szczególnie do produktów piekarniczych, cukierniczych oraz ciastek i usytuowany jest w sklepach np. przy kasie. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w postaci zewnetrznej regalu oraz ksztalcie i polozeniu pólek. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje regal z jednostronnie polozonymi pólkami, fig. 2 - regal z pólkami rozmieszczonymi na obwodzie slupa, fig. 3 - modul regalu, a fig. 4 - pólke z oslona. Regal wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zbudowany jest z pionowego slupa umieszczonego dolem w podstawie i przymocowanych do niego pólek , nachylonych do slupa pod katem, korzystnie 45 stopni. W pierwszej odmianie regal ma pólki polozone po jednej stronie slupa, a w drugiej odmianie rozmieszczone na obwodzie slupa. Kazda z pólek ma ksztalt prostokatny i zawiera dno oraz obramowanie otwarte od strony tylnej pólki . Wewnatrz pólki znajduja sie podluznie polozone przegródki, które dziela przestrzen magazynowa pólki na przedzialy . Przedzialy sluza sa do umieszczania w nich wyrobów przeznaczonych do prezentacji i sprzedazy np. opakowanych chlebów o fcaztalcie prostokatnym lub kwadratowym. Ilosc przedzialów w pólce j^st dowolna. Regal moze miec slup staly , nie skladany i wtedy ilosc i polozenie pólek sa niezmienne albo slup skladany, który mozna rozbudowywac poprzez dokladanie kolejnych modulów skladajacych sie z odcinków slupa i przymocowanych do niego pólek. Regal wyposazony jest w tablice informacyjnoimklamowa umieszczona na slupie. Ponadto nad pólka, szczególnie górnamoze znajdowac sie oslona przeznaczona do umieszczania na niej napisów i symboli takich jak np. logo, nazwa producenta i wyrobu itp. Regal umozliwia dogodne zapoznawanie sie z towarem, swobodne wyjmowanie towarów z przedzialów oraz ich uzupelnianie przez personel sklepu. Regal moze byc wyposazony w kólka jezdne umozliwiajace jego przemieszczanie. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the external form of the shelf and the shape and arrangement of the shelves. The shelf, according to the industrial design, is constructed of a vertical column placed at the bottom of the base and shelves attached to it, inclined to the column at an angle, preferably 45 degrees. In the first variant, the shelf has shelves located on one side of the column, while in the second variant, they are arranged around the perimeter of the column. Each shelf is rectangular and has a bottom and a frame open at the back. Inside the shelf, longitudinal dividers divide the shelf's storage space into compartments. These compartments are used to store products intended for presentation and sale, such as packaged rectangular or square bread. The number of compartments in a shelf is unlimited. The shelving unit can have a fixed, non-folding column, in which case the number and position of shelves remain constant, or a folding column, which can be expanded by adding additional modules consisting of column sections and attached shelves. The shelving unit is equipped with an information and advertising board mounted on the column. Additionally, the shelf, particularly the top shelf, may be protected by a cover designed for displaying inscriptions and symbols such as logos, manufacturer and product names, etc. The shelving unit allows for convenient viewing of merchandise, easy removal of goods from compartments, and replenishment by store staff. The shelving unit may be equipped with casters for easy movement.
