Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka korzystnie porcelanowa. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w ujeciu ogólnym na zalaczonej ilustracji. Widok z boku wyrobu porcelanowego zaprezentowano na Fig. 1. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia figurke wyobrazajaca sylwetke baletnicy, przy czym tors jej ciala, glowa i uniesiona reka tworza górny korpus wytworu. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifesting itself in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. A side view of the porcelain product is presented in Fig. 1. The porcelain product can be made in any color. Essential features of an industrial design: The industrial design is characterized by the fact that it depicts a figurine representing the silhouette of a ballerina, with her torso, head, and raised arm forming the upper body of the product.
