Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szafka wystawiennicza, majaca zastosowanie jako mebel do eksponowania i przechowywania galanterii odziezowej, bielizny i innych produktów, bedacych przedmiotem handlu detalicznego w sklepach, szczególnie odziezowych. Znane szafki, bedace elementem wyposazenia sklepu, sa zwykle prostopadlosciennym elementem z drewna, szkla lub metalu. Szafki te w swym wnetrzu maja szuflady lub pojemnikowe wnetrze zamykane drzwiczkami. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2, and is also presented in Photos 1 and 2, which are illustrative. The essential features of an industrial design, distinguishing it from other products, are that the cabinet is a spatial, cuboidal object made of wood or a wood-like material, with at least one shelf inside, or at least one recess with a door, or a drawer and a recess with a door. Furthermore, the top panel has a support plate mounted on it, preferably made of a transparent material, for displaying items offered for sale.
