Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i ukladzie trwalych elementów. Znane listwy elewacyjno - ogrodzeniowe stosowane jako listwy nosne wykonane sa z materialów drewnianych albo z materialów stalowych i maja przekrój poprzeczny w ksztalcie prostokata. Listwa elewacyjno - ogrodzeniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego i ma postac wzdluznego profilu 1 o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in the shape, material, and arrangement of durable elements. Known facade and fencing strips used as load-bearing strips are made of wood or steel and have a rectangular cross-section. The facade and fencing strip according to the industrial design is characterized by being made of plastic and having the form of a longitudinal profile 1 with a rectangular cross-section and rounded corners. The interior of the longitudinal profile 1 has longitudinal stiffening walls 2, 3 and a horizontal stiffening wall 4, which form internal empty spaces 5, 6. Furthermore, the longitudinal stiffening walls 2, 3 and the horizontal stiffening wall 4 form a geometric figure in the shape of the letter H, giving the façade and fencing strip great stiffness. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of a façade and fencing strip in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners.
