Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i ukladzie trwalych elementów. Znane listwy elewacyjno - ogrodzeniowe wykonane sa z materialów drewnianych lub z materialów stalowych i maja przekrój poprzeczny w ksztalcie prostokata. Listwa elewacyjno - ogrodzeniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego i ma postac wzdluznego profilu 1 o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy. Wnetrze wzdluznego profilu 1 posiada poprzeczne scianki usztywniajace 2,3,4,5 tworzace wraz z bokami wzdluznego profilu I puste przestrzenie 6,7, przy czym poprzeczne scianki usztywniajace 2, 5 tworza wraz z bokami wzdluznego profilu J_puste przestrzenie 6 o ksztalcie pólkolistym, a poprzeczne sciankiusztywniajace 2,2,4, 5 wraz z bokami wzdluznego profilu 1 tworza puste przestrzenie 2.0 ksztalcie prostokata. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in the shape, material, and arrangement of durable elements. Known facade and fencing strips are made of wood or steel and have a rectangular cross-section. The facade and fencing strip according to the industrial design is characterized by being made of plastic and having the form of a longitudinal profile 1 with a cross-section roughly resembling an ellipse. The interior of the longitudinal profile 1 has transverse stiffening walls 2, 3, 4, 5 which, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile I, form hollow spaces 6, 7, wherein the transverse stiffening walls 2, 5, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile J, form hollow spaces 6 of a semicircular shape, and the transverse stiffening walls 2, 2, 4, 5, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile 1, form hollow spaces 2.0 of a rectangular shape. The transverse stiffening walls 2, 3, 4, 5 provide the façade-fencing strip with high stiffness, and the hollow spaces 2 provide good thermal insulation. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a cross-section of a façade and fencing strip with a shape similar to an ellipse. The essential features of the industrial design are the new and unique shape of the product, in the form of a longitudinal profile with a cross-section similar to an ellipse. The interior of the longitudinal profile 1 has transverse stiffening walls 2, 3, 4, which, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile, form empty spaces 7. The transverse stiffening walls 2, 5, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile 1, form semicircular empty spaces 6, and the longitudinal stiffening walls 2, 1, 4, 5, together with the sides of the longitudinal profile 1, form rectangular empty spaces 2.
