Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa ogrodzeniowa wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego znajdujaca zastosowanie jako pozioma listwa nosna do montowania na niej pionowych elementów ogrodzeniowych tworzacych ogrodzenia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i indywidualna postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, materiale i ukladzie trwalych elementów. Znane listwy ogrodzeniowe stosowane jako poziome listwy nosne w ogrodzeniach wykonane sa z pelnego materialu drewnianego lub z materialów stalowych, przy czym materialy stalowe maja wewnetrzna pusta przestrzen. Listwa ogrodzeniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i ma postac wzdluznego profilu 1 o przekroju poprzecznym w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, a wewnatrz wzdluznego profilu 1 usytuowany jest stalowy element wzmacniajacy 2 o ksztalcie litery C. Na dluzszej sciance prostokata, od strony wewnetrznej, uksztaltowane jest centralnie, wzdluzne wzmocnienie 3 posiadajace kanal 4dla wkretów mocujacych elementów pionowych.Na przeciwleglej scianie prostokata ma wzdluznie uksztaltowane symetrycznie, elementy usztywniajace 5 eliminujace luz pomiedzy sciankami wzdluznego profilu I, a stalowym elementem wzmacniajacym 2. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product, manifested in the shape, material, and arrangement of the durable elements. Known fence strips used as horizontal support strips in fences are made of solid wood or steel, with the steel having an internal hollow space. The fence strip according to the industrial design is characterized in that it is made of plastic and has the form of a longitudinal profile 1 with a rectangular cross-section with rounded corners, and inside the longitudinal profile 1 there is a steel C-shaped reinforcing element 2. On the longer wall of the rectangle, from the inside, there is a centrally shaped longitudinal reinforcement 3 having a channel 4 for screws fastening the vertical elements. On the opposite wall of the rectangle there are longitudinally symmetrically shaped stiffening elements 5 eliminating the play between the walls of the longitudinal profile I and the steel reinforcing element 2. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows a cross-section of a rectangular fence strip with steel reinforcing element.
