Description
Jego wystajace z klatki konce .polaczone sa sztywno bez mozliwosci obrotu z trzpieniowymi kolami zebatymi 10, wspólpracujacymi z odpowied¬ nimi zebatkami 7 i 8. Mechanizm zabezpieczajacy 14 hamuje klatke wyciagu poprzez wal 9 w przypadku, gdy klatka przekroczy pewna predkosc. PL PLDevice in a Rack Hoist Rising on Two or More Racks The subject of the invention is a rack hoist device rising on at least two sprockets, which includes at least one drive motor operating directly on each sprocket. gears, which, for example, are raised on two gears, the load of the motors is unevenly depending on the position of the land. When, for example, the center of gravity of the load in the hoist cage moves closer to one sprocket, then in the most unfavorable case, the engine or motors associated with the sprocket must bear essentially the entire load and therefore must be properly designed, while the engine or motors The purpose of the invention is to provide a structure of a device in a rack-mounted rack rising on at least two gears, which is free from the above-mentioned drawbacks. This goal is achieved by the fact that the device incorporates a transmission mechanism that is connected to the hoist cage and rigidly, without the possibility of free rotation, connected to at least two pinion gears, each of which mates with the corresponding gear, and during movement the hood of the hoist moves with them on the teeth. Due to the transmission mechanism, the load on the drive motors is generally evenly distributed regardless of the load position in the hoist cage. According to the invention, the transmission shaft solves the problem of an even distribution of the braking force to the gears at excessive speed of the hoist cage. which force is derived from the securing mechanism. The subject matter of the invention is explained in more detail in the embodiment shown in the drawing which schematically shows the device in a gear rack rising on at least two gears. The lift cage 1 moves in a vertical direction between the two racks z and 3, it is guided along them on tracks not shown. The hoist cage is driven by electric motors 4 working in pairs with gears 7 and 8 fixed on racks by gear wheels 5 and pinions of gears 6. So two motors mounted in the cage of the hoist drive the cage to the gear the baton 7 on one stand and two motors drive it on the sprocket 8 on the other stand. The number 9 denotes the shaft supported in the hoist cage. Its ends protruding from the cage are rigidly connected without the possibility of rotation with pin gears 10, cooperating with respective gears 7 and 8. The task of the shaft 9 is to evenly distribute the driving force to the motors. For example, when in the figure the load in the hoist cage is on the right side, then 89 48 882 483 the left engines run a little lighter and lift the left side of the hoist cage slightly above the right side. As a result, the driving power from the left engines is partially transferred to right gear 8 and thus supports the operation of the right motors. The shaft 9 is rigidly connected to the chain wheel 11 without the possibility of free rotation. The wheel 11 is connected to the chain wheel 13 of the safety mechanism 14 via the drive chain 12. The safety mechanism 14 brakes the hoist cage via the shaft 9 in the event that the cage exceeds a certain speed. PL PL
