Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest odkurzacz. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie odkurzacza. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- odkurzacz w widoku z przodu, fig.3- odkurzacz w widoku z tylu, fig.4- odkurzacz w widoku z boku, fig.5- odkurzacza w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- odkurzacz w widoku z góry, a fig.7- odkurzacz w widoku z dolu. Odkurzacz wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus i kola jezdne, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus, w widoku z góry i z dolu, ma zarys w przyblizeniu trapezu równoramiennego, którego ramiona sa faliste, a mniejsza podstawa ma zarys lukowaty, przy czym na górnej powierzchni korpusu znajduje sie wypietrzenie majace w widoku z góry zarys czworoboku, którego naroza i boki sa lukowate. W polu powierzchni górnej wypietrzenia widoczne jest centralne, owalne obnizenie, w obszarze, którego usytuowane jest pokretlo polozone od strony sciany tylnej korpusu oraz wybranie o zarysie kolistym polozone od strony sciany przedniej korpusu. W narozach wypietrzenia widoczne sa dwa obszary koliste. Na wypuklej scianie przedniej znajduje sie nakladka z otworem. Dwa kola jezdneodkurzacza obejmuja ozdobne piecioramienne szprychy. W polu sciany dolnej korpusu widoczne sa liczne zarysy koliste usytuowane posrodku sciany oraz rolka usytuowana blizej sciany przedniej. W polach scian korpusu widoczne sa lukowate linie podzialowe korpusu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7.FIG.1FIG.2 FIG.3FIG.4 FIG.5FIG.6FIG.7 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a vacuum cleaner. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the vacuum cleaner. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the vacuum cleaner in a front view, Fig. 3 - the vacuum cleaner in a rear view, Fig. 4 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, Fig. 5 - the vacuum cleaner in a side view, Fig. 6 - the vacuum cleaner in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the vacuum cleaner in a bottom view. The vacuum cleaner according to the industrial design, comprising a body and wheels, has the following essential features: the body, when viewed from above and below, has the outline of an approximately isosceles trapezoid, the legs of which are wavy, and the smaller base has an arcuate outline, with a raised area on the upper surface of the body having the outline of a quadrilateral in a top view, the corners and sides of which are arcuate. In the upper surface area of the elevation, a central, oval depression is visible, in which a knob is located on the rear wall of the body and a circular recess is located on the front wall of the body. Two circular areas are visible in the corners of the elevation. On the convex front wall, there is a cover with an opening. The two wheels of the vacuum cleaner are encircled by decorative five-spoke spokes. In the lower wall area of the body, numerous circular outlines are visible in the center of the wall and a roller located closer to the front wall.
