Sposób wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych i urzadzenie do stosowania tego sposobu Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych z ogniwami zlacznymi z termo¬ plastycznych wlókien sztucznych zorientowanych molekularnie oraz urzadzenie do wykonywania tego sposobu.Znane jest wytwarzanie zamków blyskawicznych, w których ogniwa zamykajace wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego maja ksztalt meandra lub tez sprezyn srubowych. Uksztaltowanie ogniw nastepuje przez giecie wlókna z tworzywa sztucznego za pomoca sworznia, tarczy ukladajacej lub podobnego przyrzadu. W tak uksztaltowanym wlóknie, czy to przy nawijaniu czy przy ukladaniu, pozostaja potem mechaniczne naprezenia.W celu usuniecia tych naprezen i nadania ogniwom trwalego ksztaltu przeprowadza sie obróbke cieplna inaczej zwana termoutrwalaniem. W tym celu zamki blyskawiczne ukladane sa w odpowiednie naciecia specjalnego narzedzia i podgrzane. Na ogól przekazanie ciepla ogniwom nastepuje przy tym przez promieniowanie lub przewodnictwo. Wskutek stosunkowo skomplikowanego ksztaltu poszczególnych ogniw zamka uzyskane termo- utrwalenie nie jest dostatecznie jednolite, a ponadto poniewaz temperatura utrwalania jest stosunkowo niska, to czas nagrzewania jest tak duzy, ze wskutek tego wydajnosc nowoczesnych maszyn nawijajacych lub ukladajacych wlaczonych do ciagu produkcyjnego nie moze byc w pelni wykorzystana. Poza tym przy produkcji zamków blyskawicznych z tworzyw sztucznych powstaje problem laczenia zamka wlasciwego z tasma nosna oraz ogniw zamka z rdzeniem wypelniajacym. Dotychczas przy termoutrwalaniu nie wykonywano tej operacji.Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie sposobu wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych z tworzyw sztucznych o zorientowanej czasteczce, w którym w sposób prosty bez wydluzania czasu nagrzewania mozna uzyskac jednolite termoutrwalenie ogniw zamka blyskawicznego, oraz polaczenie ich z tasma nosna i ewentualnie umieszczenie dodatkowych rdzeni wypelniajacych w ogniwach zamka.Dalszym celem wynalazku jest opracowanie urzadzenido stosowania sposobu wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych z tworzyw sztucznych.Cel wynalazku zostal osiagniety przez opracowanie sposobu wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych majacych ogniwa wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego podczas którego ogniwom nadaje sie trwaly ksztalt poddajac je dzialaniu ultradzwieków z jednoczesnym sciskaniem ich, po czym nagrzane ogniwa chlodzi sie przy czym ogniwa przed poddaniem dzialaniu ultradzwieków naklada sie na tasme nosna i nastepnie z nia zgrzewa za pomoca ultradzwieków. Cel wynalazku zostal osiagniety równiez przez opracowanie urzadzenia do stosowania2 80 909 sposobu wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych, które posiada tarcze stanowiaca kowadelko, majaca na obwodzie wglebienia bedace prowadnica dla ogniw zlacznych zamka blyskawicznego, przy czym wysokosc wglebien jest mniejsza od szerokosci ogniwa zamka, oraz umieszczona wzdluz czesci obwodu tarczy, sonotrade skladajaca sie z elementów ustawionych pod katem do promienia tarczy a takze rolke naciskowa dociskajaca zamek blyska¬ wiczny do tarczy jak równiez komore obróbki koncowej.Istota wynalazku polega na tym, ze ogniwa zamka poddane sa drganiom ultradzwiekowym, dzieki czemu nagrzewaja sie, a nastepnie sa ochlodzone, przy czym jednoczesnie przy stosowaniu ultradzwieków, na ogniwa zamka wywiera sie nacisk, co pozwala uzyskac ich wymagany ksztalt.W czasie obróbki ultradzwiekami mozna wprowadzic w ogniwa zamka rdzenie wypelniajace i wówczas nastepuje polaczenie tych elementów. Równiez istnieje mozliwosc ukladania ogniw zamka na tasmie nosnej, a nastepnie poddane dzialaniu ultradzwieków dzieki czemu obie czesci co najmniej czesciowo sa polaczone.Rodzaj polaczenia tasmy nosnej z ogniwami zamka blyskawicznego jest w zasadzie dowolny. O ile ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego przyszyte sa do tasmy nosnej, zgodnie z wynalazkiem nalezy wówczas ten scieg poddac dzialaniu energii ultradzwiekowej dzieki czemu ogniwa zamka i tasma beda polaczone co najmniej czesciowo za pomoca ultradzwieku. Cieplo wytworzone przez energie drgan ultradzwiekowych na powierzchniach pomiedzy rzedami ogniw zamka, a tasmami nosnymi wystarcza aby je mocno ze soba polaczyc, gdy tasmy nosne zawieraja pewna ilosc wlókien termoplastycznych, lub gdy sa calkowicie z nich wykonane. Jezeli jednak tasmy nosne sa wykonane z wlókien nie termoplastycznych nastepuje stopienie i polaczenie przez unikniecie tworzywa termoplastycznego pomiedzy wlókna tasm nosnych oraz wtloczenie wlókien tasm nosnych w rzedy ogniw zamków blyskawicznych.Przy stosowaniu technologii zgodnej z wynalazkiem zamek blyskawiczny wykonany z wlókien z tworzywa sztucznego poddany dzialaniu ultradzwieków nagrzewa sie praktycznie jednolicie, dzieki czemu uzyskuje sie homogeniczne termoutrwalenie. Jednoczesnie ogrzewanie ta metoda moze byc wykorzystane by zlaczyc ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego z tasma nosna wzglednie z rdzeniami wypelniajacymi lub nicmi w sciegu.Urzadzenie wedlug wynalazku jest uwidocznione w przykladzie wykonania na rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia urzadzenie w widoku z boku, fig. 2 — urzadzenie z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 3 — przekrój wzdluz linii III—III, z fig. 1 fig. 4 — czesc urzadzenia wedlug fig. 3 z wyjetym elementem sonotrodowym w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - przekrój wzdluz linii V-V, z fig. 1 fig. 6 - urzadzenie jak na fig. 1, w którym ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego przytwierdzane sa jednoczesnie do tasmy nosnej w widoku z boku, fig. 7 — urzadzenie z fig. 6 w widoku zgóry, fig. 8 — przekrój wzdluz linii VIII—VIII, z fig. 6 fig. 9 — czesc urzadzenia z fig. 8 w widoku z góry i fig. 10 — przekrój wzdluz linii X~X z fig. 6.Urzadzenie do utrwalania na goraco ogniw zamka blyskawicznego 1 wykonanych w postaci sprezyn srubowych lub meandra, o elementach sprzegajacych T polaczonych miedzy soba za pomoca ramion 4 i luków 1", przy czym ogniwa zlaczne wykonane sa przenawijanie pojedynczego wlókna z tworzywa sztucznego na trzpieniu.Urzadzenie zaopatrzone jest w tarcze 2, na obwodzie której sa wykonane wglebienia 3, stanowiace prowadnice dla poszczególnych ogniw zamka z elementami sprzegajacymi V, lukami 1" i ramionami 4. Aby utrzymac wlasciwa odleglosc miedzy ogniwami zamka blyskawicznego 1 wglebienia 3 tarczy 2 posiadaja wykonane promieniowo zeby 2a, o wysokosci h, która jest mniejsza od szerokosci w ogniwa zlaczonego mierzonej w plaszczyznie prostopadlej do posuwu zamka i do jego osi. Tarcza 2 napedzana jest lancuchem 2b przechodzacym przez kolo lancuchowe 2c, przy czym kolo lancuchowe 2c polaczone jest sztywna z tarcza 2, a lancuch 2b przechodzi przez os silnika 30. Silnik 30 sterowany jest przez urzadzenie 31 do synchronizacji obrotów tarczy 2 z ruchem sonotrody. Ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego dociskane sa do obwodu tarczy 2 rolka dociskowa 10, która obraca sie w kierunku pokazanym strzalka A przeciwnie do kierunku obrotu tarczy 2 i doprowadzane sa do strefy nagrzewania 5, która obejmuje znajdujacy sie pod sonotroda wycinek obwodu tarczy 2 o kacie srodkowym wynoszacym okolo 30°. Tarcza 2 stanowi kowadlo i wspólpracuje z sonotroda, która w omawianym przykladzie sklada sie z trzech elementów sonotrodowych 7a, 7b i 7c, które sa umieszczone jeden za drugim w kierunku posuwu zamka blyskawicznego 1 (strzalka B).W odmianie urzadzenia wedlug wynalazku tarcza 2 stanowi sonotrade a elementy (7, 7a do 7c) stanowia ruchome kowadlo. Elementy sonotrodowe 7a do 7c sa ustawione pod katem wzgledem promienia R, to znaczy wzdluz cieciw tarczy 2. (fig. 1). Drgania elementów sonotrodowych 7a do 7c ulatwiaja obrót tarczy 2.W zasadzie elementy sonotrodowe 7a do 7c moga byc wykonane jako jedna sonotroda 7 nachylona pod katem wzgledem promienia R, aby wspólpracowac z tarcza 2 w kierunku jej obrotu, przy czym sonotroda 7 dziala równoczesnie jako prasa formujaca, ciagle nagrzewana ultradzwiekowymi (fig. 6). Nachylenie sonotrody 7 jest stosunkowo male i wynosi ono maksimum 30°. Elementy sonotrodowe 7a do 7c poruszane sa zgodnie ze strzalka C i sa dociskane do zamka blyskawicznego 1, przy czym zamek blyskawiczny 1 przesuwa sie przez80909 3 urzadzenie elektromechaniczne, sterowane za pomoca urzadzenia 31 do synchronizacji obrotów tarczy 2 z ruchem sonotrody (fig. 1). Zespól sonotrody 7 i 8 zawiera przetwornik drgan elektrycznych wysokiej czestotliwosci na drgania mechaniczne. Odleglosc miedzy obwodem tarczy 2, a naprzeciwko lezaca powierzchnia sonotrody 7 jest mniejsza niz szerokosc. W ogniwa zlaczonego zamka blyskawicznego 1.Elementy sonotrodowe 7a do 7c tworza stempel prasy, który moze miec wystep 7' naciskajacy bezposrednio ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1, aby jednoczesnie ogniwa te za pomoca drgan ultradzwiekowych przytwierdzac i odprezac (fig. 5). W nastepstwie tego urzadzenia skladajace sie z kowadla i elementów sonotro- dowych dziala jak prasa, która nadaje ogniwom zlacznym zamka blyskawicznego 1 odpowiedni ksztalt.Zarówno w tym przypadku jak i wszystkich innych drgania ultradzwiekowe zamieniaja sie w cieplo. Do ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1 mozna wsuwac rdzen wypelniajacy 32, przy czym czesc ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1 jest dociskana do rdzenia 32 (fig. 4,5). Jezeli rdzen wypelniajacy 32 zawiera skladniki termoplastyczne lub calkowicie sklada sie z termoplastycznego tworzywa wystarczy na powierzchni granicznej 33 miedzy rdzeniem wypelniajacym 32, a ogniwem zamka blyskawicznego 1 wytworzyc pewna ilosc ciepla, aby obie te czesci miedzy soba mocno polaczyc. Jezeli rdzen wypelniajacy 32 nie zawiera tworzyw termoplastycznych, nie ma zjawiska zgrzewania na powierzchni granicznej 33, nastepuje natomiast stopienie materialu ogniwa zlaczonego i polaczenie przez naplyniecie tworzywa termoplastycznego pomiedzy wlókna rdzenia 32 i przez wcisniecie wlókien rdzenia wypelniajacego 32 w ogniwo zamka blyskawicznego 1. Rdzen 32 moze przesuwac sie w przód, lub tez moze zostac polaczony z ogniwami zamka w strefie nagrzewania 5 na tasmie nosnej 11, fig. 6 do 10.W strefie nagrzewania 5 na powierzchniach elementów sonotrodowych 7, 7a do 7c bezposrednio stykajacych sie z ogniwami oraz na powierzchni tarczy 2 stanowiacej kowadlo wytwarzane jest cieplo równomiernie w calej objetosci. Czas nagrzewania wynosi ulamek sekundy, najczesciej 0,3 sek.Na obwodzie tarczy 2 w kierunku poruszania sie zamka blyskawicznego 1 za strefa nagrzewania 5 znajduje sie komora 9 obróbki koncowej, w której straty ciepla zamka blyskawicznego 1 ogranicza sie przez odbicie albo sterowane chlodzenie. Dlugosc komory 9 jest dobrana w ten sposób, ze calkowite przytwierdzenie na goraco spirali lub meandra nastepuje w czasie przejscia jednego zwoju przez komore 9 obróbki koncowej. Ochlodzone ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1 moga byc przytwierdzone do tasm nosnych sposobem tkackim, przyszyte, lub przymocowane w inny dowolny sposób w strefie 35 na koncu tarczy 2.Odmiana urzadzenia, w którym ogniwa zlaczne zamka blyskawicznego 1 poddawane sa razem z tasma nosna 11 dzialaniu ultradzwieków, przy czym tasma nosna 11 wykonana jest calkowicie z wlókien nietermo- plastycznych, jest calkowicie termoplastyczna, lub tez jest utkana czesciowo z wlókien termoplastycznych, a czesciowo z nietermoplastycznych, przedstawia ja fig. 6 do 10. Tasma nosna 11 podawana jest pomiedzy rólka dociskowa 10 i tarcza 2, dzieki czemu razem z ogniwami zlacznymi zamka blyskawicznego 1 porusza sie pod sonotroda 7, która jest tu pokazana jako pojedyncze zródlo drgan ultradzwiekowych, które zajmuje luk kola na obwodzie tarczy 2 o dlugosci odpowiadajacej katowi srodkowemu wynoszacemu okolo 30°, przy czym sonotroda skierowana jest promieniowo wzgledem tarczy 2. Tarcza 2 posiada wglebienie 103, do którego wsuwane sa ogniwa zlaczne zamka blyskawicznego 1 i tasma nosna 11 fig. 8. Do wglebienia 103 przylega cylindryczna powierzchnia 102a, wzdluz której tasma nosna 11 wystaje osiowo, w tym momencie gdy lezy ona pod lukiem 1" ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1. Zamek blyskawiczny 1 moze byc przyszyty mocno do tasmy nosnej 11 za pomoca sciegu lancuchowego 13 nicia nietermoplastyczna lub tez nicia zawierajaca wlókna termoplastyczne, przy czym przechodzace petle nici 13' sa widoczne pod tasma nosna 11.W cylindrycznej powierzchni 102a tarczy 2 wykonany jest kanalek 102b do uchwycenia przechodzacych petli nici 13'. Jak to jest równiez widoczne z fig. 8 i 10 ksztaltowe wglebienie 103 posiada zeby, sluzace do utrzymania wlasciwej odleglosci elementów sprzegajacych V poszczególnych ogniw zamka blyskawicznego 1 (fig. 8 i 10). Rdzen ^wypelniajacy 12 przechodzi poprzez zamek blyskawiczny 1, a nici sciegu lancuchowego 13 przechodza przez rdzenie wypelniajace 12 aby sie mocno polaczyc z poszczególnymi ogniwami zamka blyskawicznego 1. Sonotroda 7 naciska poprzez rdzen wypelniajacy 12 ramie 4 i luk 1" ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego 1 (fig. 10). Nagrzanie ogniwa blyskawicznego 1 jest wystarczajace do tego aby usunac z niego wszystkie naprezenia, jak to juz zaznaczono na wstepie. Jednoczesnie w strefie stykowej 13a i 13b pomiedzy nicmi i zamkiem blyskawicznym 1, jak równiez tasma nosna 11 wytworzone sa tak wysokie temperatury, ze w tych punktach material jest stopiony. W ten sposób na powierzchni granicznej 14 miedzy ogniwami zamka blyskawicznego 1 i tasma nosna 11 temperatura podnosi sie tak dalece, ze ogniwa zarnie blyskawicznego 1 zgrzane sa z tasma nosna 11, podczas gdy takie samo nagrzanie powierzchni w punktach stykowych 12' zapewnia zgrzanie ogniw zamka blyskawicznego 1 i rdzenia wypelniajacego 12. Claims (11)
1. Zastrzezenia patentowe 1. Sposób wytwarzania zamków blyskawicznych majacych ogniwa zlaczne wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, w ksztalcie sprezyny srubowej lub meandra, utworzone przez giecie wlókna z tworzywa sztucznego4 80 909 za pomoca trzpienia, znamienny tym, ze ogniwom nadaje sie trwaly ksztalt poddajac je dzialaniu ultradzwieków z jednoczesnym sciskaniem ich po czym nagrzane ogniwa chlodzi sie.
2. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1, znamienny tym, ze przed podaniem dzialaniu ultradzwieków do ogniw zamka blyskawicznego wsuwa sie rdzen wypelniajacy.
3. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1 i 2, znamienny tym, ze ogniwa zlaczne zamka blyskawicznego przed poddaniem dzialaniu ultradzwieków naklada sie na tasme nosna, nastepnie razem z nia zgrzewa za pomoca ultradzwieków.
4. Sposób wedlug zastrz. 1 i 2, z n a m i e n n y t y m, ze ogniwa zamka blyskawicznego przed podda¬ niem dzialaniu energii ultradzwieków przyszywa sie do tasmy nosnej i razem z nia zgrzewa za pomoca ultradzwieków.
5. Urzadzenie do stosowania sposobu wedlug zastrz. 1, do 4 stanowiace zgrzewarke ultradzwiekowa zaopatrzona w sonotrode, kowadelko oraz przetwornik drgan elektrycznych wysokiej czestotliwosci na drgania mechaniczne, znamienne ty m, ze kowadelko stanowi tarcza (2) majaca na obwodzie wglebienia (3) bedace prowadnica dla ogniw zlacznych zamka blyskawicznego (1), przy czym wysokosc (h) wglebien (3) jest mniejsza od szerokosci (W) ogniwa zamka, zas umieszczona wzdluz czesci obwodu tarczy (2) sonotroda sklada sie z elementów (7a, 7b, 7c) ustawionych pod katem do promienia (R) tarczy (2).
6. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 5, znamienne tym, ze powierzchnia (7') elementu sonotrody (7) bezposrednio stykajaca sie z ogniwami zlacznymi jest wyprofilowana.
7. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 5 i 6, z n a m i e n n e t y m, ze przed elementami sonotrodowymi (7,7a do 7c) w kierunku obrotu tarczy (2) umieszczona jest rolka naciskowa (10).
8. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 5 do 7, z n a m i e n n e t y m, ze za elementami sonotrodowymi w kierun¬ ku obrotu tarczy (2) znajduje sie komora (9) obróbki koncowej do kontrolowanego chlodzenia zamka blyskawicznego (1) umieszczona wzdluz obwodu tarczy (2).
9. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 5 do 8, znamienne tym, ze elementy sonotrodowe (7, 7a do 7c) sa osadzone przesuwnie w stosunku do tarczy (2).
10. Urzadzenie wedlug zastrz. 5 do 9, znamienne tym, ze wyposazone jest w urzadzenie (31) do synchronizacji obrotów tarczy (2) z ruchem sonotrody.
11.
