Celem wynalazku jest opracowanie konstrukcji ladowarki o niemal dwukrotnie wiekszej wydajnosci lado¬ wania w stosunku do ladowarek znanych, bez zwiekszania wymiarów ladowarki i mocy silnika, w której oba czerpaki przenosilyby ladunek. 1 przed¬ stawia ladowarke z czerpakiem uniesionym do pozycji, w której nastepuje zakleszczenie pojemnika za pomoca elementu hakowego w widoku z boku, fig. 2 — ladowarke z opuszczonym czerpakiem i z zakleszczonym pojem¬ nikiem w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - ladowarke z uniesionym czerpakiem oraz z pojemnikiem uniesionym powyzej pozycji zakleszczenia w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - ladowarke z czerpakiem i pojemnikiem w pozycji wywracania w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - przednia czesc ladowarki, w widoku z góry a fig. 6- czerpak oraz pojemnik w trzech róznych polozeniach w widoku z boku.Ladowarka zawiera pojazd 1 sterowany centralnie podnosnikami hydraulicznymi 45. Do podnoszenia i opuszczania czerpaka 2 ladowarka zawiera dwa podnosniki hydrualiczne 16 i 17. 6). Gdy czerpak 2 jest podnie¬ siony a pojemnik 3 przemieszcza sie z pozycji 33 do pozycji 34, wystepuje samoczynne zahaczenie pojemnika 3.Zahaczenie nastepuje w wyniku naporu preta 12, usuwajacego hak 13 z pozycji 42. 3.Ladowarka wykonuje ruchy robocze w sposób ponizej opisany. W pozycji wyjsciowej pojemnik 3 umiesz¬ czony jest w czerpaku 2. Nastepnie pojemnik 3 zostaje napelniony a czerpak 2 zostaje podniesiony na wysokosc konieczna do zahaczenia pojemnika 3 hakiem 13 (fig. 1). Czerpak 2 zostaje nastepnie opuszczony do (fig. 2), naladowany, a potem podniesiony (fig. 3). 4). Gdy ladunek zostanie calkowicie wysypany z czerpaka 2, pojemnik 3 obraca sie wokól osi przylacza 10 i 11 w kierunku czerpaka 2 wysypujac swoja zawartosc. W celu uproszczenia procesu oprózniania, i podnosniki hydrualiczne 26 i 27 lub podnosniki 16 i 17 badz tez wszystkie podnosniki 16, 17, 26, 27 moga byc zasilane ciecza hydrauliczna o pulsujacym cisnieniu, wprowadzajacym czerpak 2 i pojemnik 3 w drgania. Lado¬ warka zawiera równiez mechanizm zabezpieczajacy pojemnik 3 przed przechylem w kierunku kabiny kierowcy.Niektóre elementy ladowarki moga byc poddane modyfikacjom bez wykraczania poza zakres ochrony wynalazku. PL PL PL PLMobile Loader The subject of the invention is a mobile loader consisting of a vehicle and a lifting, tiltable and tilting bucket. Loaders are known which contain two buckets, one of which is used for picking up the load and the other is a loading container. Both buckets move in opposite directions. Such a solution increases the efficiency of loading, because the second bucket acts as the lid of the bucket, which is the loading container, so that a larger load can be carried. The purpose of the invention was achieved by the fact that the loading container is pivotally attached to the bucket and in one of its end positions the container is placed in the bucket with movements in the same direction as the bucket movement. construction, a significant increase in the loading efficiency is achieved, and the size of the vehicle can be selected only depending on the size of the bucket. When the container is filled and secured to the vehicle in a raised position by means of the hook element, the loading of the bucket becomes easier as the weight of the filled container has a positive effect on the driving power of the front pair of wheels. 1 shows the loader with the bucket raised to the position where the container is jammed by the hook member in a side view, Fig. 2 - a loader with the bucket lowered and the container locked in a side view, loader with bucket raised and container raised above the jam position in side view, Fig. 4 - loader with bucket and container in overturning position in side view, Fig. 5 - front part of the loader in top view, and Figs. 6- bucket and container in three different positions in side view. The loader includes a vehicle 1 centrally controlled by hydraulic lifts 45. Vehicle 1 has connections 2 79181 43 and 44 for central control. The vehicle 1 is not described in more detail as it does not form the subject of the invention. The charger comprises two arms 4 and 5, pivotally connected to the vehicle 1 by means of couplings 22, one of which is shown in the drawing. The bucket 2 is rotatably supported by the arms 4 and 5 by means of couplings 32, one of which is shown in the drawing. To raise and lower the bucket 2, the loader includes two hydraulic jacks 16 and 17. The hydraulic jacks 16 and 17 are connected to the arms 4 and 5 by pins 20 and 21. The hydraulic jacks 16 and 17 are connected to the vehicle 1 by pins 18 and 19 .To allow the bucket 2 to tilt around the couplings 32, the loader comprises hydraulic jacks 26 and 27, connected to the bucket 2 by couplings 30 and 31. The hydraulic jacks 26 and 27 are connected to the trunnions 28 and 29, mounted on the supports 24 and 25. on the arms 4 and 5. On the side facing the vehicle 1, the bucket 2 has two protruding elements 8 and 9, connected by means of connectors 10 and 11 with blocks 6 and 7 on the container 3. Between the beams 6 and 7 on the container 3 is mounted cylindrical rod 12. The hook 13 is mounted on the axle 14 mounted on the stiffening bracket 15, attached to the vehicle 1. The hook 13 cooperates with the rod 12 when suspending the container 3. In order to obtain a simple automatic hook for it } . P ^ lglljpika 3, the spigot axle 14, on which the hook 13 is mounted, is positioned such that the hook 13, under the influence of the force of the material, moves automatically towards the end position 42, in which the container is hooked 3. The container 3 in one of the of its end positions, it is placed in the bucket 2 in position 33, and from that moment on, it performs movements directed in the same direction as the movement of the bucket (Fig. 6). When the bucket 2 is raised and the container 3 moves from position 33 to position 34, the container 3 is automatically hooked. The hook is caused by the pressure of the rod 12 removing the hook 13 from position 42. When the rod 12 passes the hook 13, the hook 13 returns. by gravity to position 42. Position 35 corresponds to the position adopted by the container 3 in Fig. 3. The loader performs working movements as described below. In the starting position, the container 3 is placed in the bucket 2. The container 3 is then filled and the bucket 2 is raised to the height necessary to hook the container 3 with the hook 13 (FIG. 1). The dipper 2 is then lowered to (Fig. 2), loaded, and then raised (Fig. 3). The container 3 is further lifted by the load of the bucket, as a result of which the rod 12 ceases to cooperate with the hook 13. The loader begins the driving movement towards the dump, where the bucket 2 is tilted around the axis passing through the couplings 32 (Fig. 4) by means of hydraulic jacks 26 and 27. . When the load is completely discharged from the bucket 2, the container 3 rotates around the axis of the connectors 10 and 11 towards the bucket 2 pouring out its contents. In order to simplify the emptying process, both the hydraulic jacks 26 and 27 or the jacks 16 and 17 or all the jacks 16, 17, 26, 27 can be supplied with a pulsating pressure hydraulic fluid, which causes the bucket 2 and the container 3 to vibrate. The loader also includes a mechanism to prevent the container 3 from tipping towards the driver's cab. Some components of the loader can be modified without departing from the protection scope of the invention. PL PL PL PL
