Description
Przyklad 2. Ciemno-zabarwiony i za¬ wierajacy tiofen pól-produkt benzolowy w strumieniu wodoru przepuszcza sie w spo¬ sób ciagly przez zaopatrzona w wykladzi¬ ne glinowa rure, w temperaturze 460° i pod cisnieniem 200 atm nad kontaktem, molib- den-cynk, otrzymanym zapomoca stlocze¬ nia kwasu molibdenowego i tlenku cynko¬ wego, otrzymuje sie pozbawiony zwiazków nienasyconych przezroczysty produkt, wolny od tiofenu, z którego to produktu za¬ pomoca destylacji mozna otrzymac calko¬ wicie czysty benzol obok nieznacznego od¬ setku cennych nisko wrzacych weglowodo¬ rów. PL PLThe crude petrol obtained from coal tar, or the benzene-containing gases obtained by washing in absorbent oil, the so-called benzole intermediate, has hitherto been purified and treated with acids and alkalies. However, due to the formation of emulsions, and the resin, considerable losses could not be avoided. It has now turned out that crude benzol, or the so-called half-benzol product, can be converted into a pure inert product, since in the presence of catalysts, at an elevated temperature and a pressure of e.g. 50 atm and above, subjecting it to the action of hydrogen, or gases containing or giving off hydrogen, so that the benzol does not change itself or only slightly changes. As a contact body, it forms part of the body used for pressure hydrogenation of coal, tar, mineral oils, especially those which are insensitive to sulfur and other pollutants, i.e. masses containing chromium, tungsten, molyb den ii d. From the product thus treated, in addition to low-boiling, valuable hydrocarbons, pure benzol is obtained by distillation. Example 1. So-called half-benzol product, obtained from benzol-saturated absorbent oil of any origin or origin by means of steam stripping is passed continuously through a chromium-nickel steel tube together with a mixture of nitrogen and hydrogen, replacing the consumed hydrogen with fresh gas, at a temperature of 450 ° and a pressure of 150-200 atm, over the contact obtained by pressing molybdenum acid and magnesium oxide . From the obtained hydrogenated product, pure benzol is obtained by distillation, in addition to a mixture of low-boiling valuable hydrocarbons, with an almost quantitative yield. Example 2 The dark-colored and thiophene-containing half-benzene product is passed in a stream of hydrogen in a stream of hydrogen. Continuously provided with a lined aluminum tube, at a temperature of 460 ° and a pressure of 200 atm over the molybdenum-zinc contact, obtained by means of coagulation of molybdic acid and zinc oxide, a transparent product free of unsaturated compounds is obtained free of thiophene, from which product can be obtained by distillation of pure benzol in addition to a small percentage of the valuable low-boiling hydrocarbons.
