Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, ulatwiajacy otwieranie i zamykanie drzwi oraz szuflad meblowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, który nadaje mu nowy, oryginalny wyglad oraz podnosi jego walory uzytkowe. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach z których Fig. 1 jest widokiem perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 jest widokiem z przodu, a Fig. 3 jest przekrojem A-A z fig. 2. Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy, w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt zblizony do litery C, której ramiona stanowia czesci mocujace uchwytu. Bok litery C stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy i w widoku z góry jest najwezszy na polowie swej dlugosci i rozszerza sie symetrycznie w kierunku czesci mocujacych. Czesc srodkowa uchwytu wlasciwego ma w osiowym przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt owalny, natomiast w pewnej odleglosci od polowy dlugosci uchwytu ma rowek rozciagajacy sie do konca czesci mocujacej. Rowek w przekroju poprzecznym jest owalny, a jego glebokosc oraz szerokosc zwiekszaja sie w kierunku podstawy czesci mocujacej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy ma w widoku z przodu ksztalt zblizony do litery C, której ramiona stanowia czesci mocujace uchwytu. Bok litery C stanowi uchwyt wlasciwy i w widoku z góry jest najwezszy na polowie swejdlugosci i rozszerza sie symetrycznie w kierunku czesci mocujacych. Czesc srodkowa uchwytu wlasciwego ma w osiowym przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt owalny, natomiast w pewnej odleglosci od polowy dlugosci uchwytu ma rowek rozciagajacy sie do podstawy czesci mocujacej. Rowek w przekroju poprzecznym jest owalny, a jego glebokosc oraz szerokosc zwiekszaja sie w kierunku podstawy kazdej czesci mocujacej. The essence of the industrial design is the handle's new form, manifested in its shape, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its utility. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, of which Fig. 1 is a perspective view, Fig. 2 is a front view, and Fig. 3 is a cross-section A-A of Fig. 2. The two-point furniture handle, in front view, has a shape similar to the letter C, whose arms constitute the handle's mounting parts. The side of the letter C constitutes the handle itself and, in a top view, is narrowest at half its length and widens symmetrically towards the mounting parts. The central part of the handle proper has an oval axial cross-section, and at a distance from the mid-length of the handle, it has a groove extending to the end of the mounting part. The groove is oval in cross-section, and its depth and width increase towards the base of the mounting part. Essential features of the industrial design: The two-point furniture handle has a frontal shape similar to the letter C, the arms of which constitute the mounting parts of the handle. The side of the letter C constitutes the handle proper and, in a top view, is narrowest at half its length and widens symmetrically towards the mounting parts. The central part of the handle proper has an oval axial cross-section, and at a distance from the mid-length of the handle, it has a groove extending to the base of the mounting part.
