1 przedstawia w przekroju urzadzenie wedlug wyna¬ lazku, z adapterem o koncówce uksztaltowanej owalnie, w formie cygara, do wprowadzania cie¬ klego leku do nosa.Fig. 2 przedstawia adapter którego koncówka 9 ma ksztalt wanienki dostosowanej do przepluki¬ wania oka. Koncówka 11 rozsze¬ rza sie stozkowo w kierunku wylotu, o przekroju okraglym lub eliptycznym. Fig. 5 przedstawia ada¬ pter z koncówka 12, stanowiaca cylindryczny u- stnik, do ^lhalacji. 10 PL PL PLPatent holder: Dr. Karl Thomae GmbH, Biberach (Federal Republic of Germany) Device for mechanical dosing spraying of liquid drugs The subject of the invention is a device for mechanical, dosing spraying of liquid drugs in body cavities or on the skin. in the corners of the body or on the skin were containers, provided with a spray cap, consisting of a vertical tube and a blower directed at the upper outlet of the tube, connected to a rubber bulb, provided with a valve. With these devices, however, it is not possible to dose the liquid to be sprayed. There are also devices for the mechanical spraying of liquid drugs, devices with a flexible container connected to the spray attachment. These devices also do not allow dosing, as the size of the dose depends on the strength of the mechanical pressure on the flexible container and the degree of filling of the container. Moreover, the disadvantage of this device is the formation of chemical reactions between a number of active substances and solvents with the flexible plastic. containers, for example from the group of polyethylene materials, or the diffusion of liquids into these materials. In addition, there are known solutions for dispensing sprayed liquid drugs which are: gas-pressure packages with a charge of liquid gas, provided with a metering valve, suitable for use in a pressurized container with only a limited miscibility of drug 2 with liquefied gas. Their disadvantage is that spraying the skin, especially the mucous membranes, in this way causes undesirable consequences due to cooling. If, on the other hand, a compressed gas, for example nitrogen or carbonic acid, is used instead of liquid gas 5, the use of metering valves does not allow the required metering of the spray material due to the significant drop in pressure following successive repeated injections. The object of the invention is a technical solution which enables liquid medicaments to be dispensed without a pressurized container. According to the invention, the device for mechanical dispensing spraying of liquid drugs into the cavities of the body and on the skin has an adapter with an axial channel that supplies the liquid under pressure to the spray nozzle 20 at its end and a stop surface for manual actuation, whereby the channel is tightly connected to the wire of the pumping-dosing valve, embedded in the adapter body. When mechanical pressure is applied to the counter surface, the delivery-metering valve is activated and the dosed liquid, pumped by the pressure exerted, is sprayed outwards by the nozzle. When the pressure on the adapter is released, it returns to a new dose of liquid flows into the dosing chamber 78 33978 339. The liquid is taken from any container. For spraying liquids, a swirl spray nozzle is preferably used. The apparatus according to the invention in particular requires neither pressure-resistant containers nor special filling machines. It allows the use of any containers, even glass containers, which also have the advantage that their use practically excludes chemical changes of the substances with which they are filled. Furthermore, it is not necessary to comply with any kind of safety regulations that apply to the use of pressure containers. The subject of the invention is illustrated by an example in the drawing, in which Fig. oval, in the form of a cigar, for introducing a liquid drug into the nose. 2 shows an adapter whose tip 9 has the shape of a cup suitable for eye irrigation. FIG. 3 shows an adapter with a tip 10 in the form of a tube that is inserted into the ear for scratching the conductor therein. Preferably the tube 10 has a spherical end. Figures 4a and 4b show an adapter whose tip 11 serves to introduce the sprayed medication into the oral cavity and pharynx. Fig. 4a is a sectional view of the adapter and Fig. 4b is a top view. Tip 11 extends conically towards the outlet, circular or elliptical in cross section. Fig. 5 shows an adapter with a tip 12, which is a cylindrical mouthpiece for inhalation. The device shown in Fig. 1 has an adapter 1 with an axial channel 2, which supplies a pressurized liquid to the spray nozzle 3 at its end. and an abutment surface 4 for manual activation of the apparatus, the channel 2 being tightly connected to the pin 6 of the pumping-metering valve 5 embedded in the adapter body 1, and the valve in its lower part ends with a tube 7 which is dipped in the liquid in the container, and in the upper part it has a housing 8 in the form of a cap. 10 PL PL PL
