Profil skrzydla okiennego 2 ma kanal glówny 3 z bocznymi wystepami 3a.Ponadto w tym profilu znajduje sie wzdluzny ro¬ wek 4, kanaly boczne 5 i 5a, wystepy nosne 6lf 62, 63 dla profilu specjalnego 7a, 7b mocujacego szybe i posiadajacego wglebienia 7. Profil skrzydla okien¬ nego ma równiez rowki mocujace 8 dla pomiesz¬ czenia uszczelnien szczotkowych lub wargowych 18. Profil krosna 1 ma kanal glówmy 9, w który wsuwany jest metalowy profil usztywniajacy 9a.Na profilu krosna znajduja sie listwy prowadzace lOb dla szynowych prowadnic 16 rolek nosnych 17.Ponadto profil krosna ma kanaly boczne 10 i lOa a pomiedzy tymi kanalami jest umieszczona swo¬ bodna, nie przyklejona wkladka profilowana 11, która jedna strona zaczepia o podciecie 12. Profil krosna jest wyposazony równiez w wystepy mocu¬ jace 13. Do profilu oscieznicy przyklejony jest tez lzawnik 14 a liczba 15 oznaczono swobodnie zwi¬ sajaca miekka folie z PCW sluzaca jako uszczel¬ nienie. Liczba 18 oznaczono uszczelnienia wargowe lu)b szczotkowe, liczba 19 — profil z zywicy neo- prenowej, liczba 20 — szybe okienna a liczba 21 — parapet.Z profilu 1 wykonywane sa ramy, których wszystkie cztery boki maja profil o jednakowym przekroju. Do tych ram dopasowuje sie ramy wykonane z profilu 2 majace równiez jednakowo profilowane boki i tworzace skrzydla okienne. Ka¬ nal 3 sluzy do pomieszczenia okuc wzglednie me¬ talowych profili usztywniajacych. Rowek 4 umoz¬ liwia zdejmowanie i zakladanie skrzydel okien¬ nych wzglednie stanowi wglebienie dla pomiesz¬ czenia okucia sluzacego do przesuwania skrzydla.W przypadku okien przesuwanych pionowo rowek ten sluzy na przyklad do pomieszczenia sprezyn rozciaganych.Kanaly 5 i 5a posiadajace szczeliny tworza za¬ kryty odplyw dla wody przeplywajacej w kierunku strzalek a (fig. 2). Wystepy 6X sluza do przytrzy¬ mania listew szybkowych i wraz z wystepami 62 i 63 stanowia zamocowanie dla profilu 7b mocuja¬ cego szybe 20, która przy odpowiednim uksztalto¬ waniu profilu 7b moze byc równiez szyba podwój¬ na. We wglebienia 7 wciskane sa profile 19 wy¬ konane z zywicy neoprenowej i sluzace do do¬ ciskania szyb. Profile te maja klinowe wystepy zapobiegajace wypadaniu.Rowki mocujace 8 sluza do osadzenia uszczel¬ nien wargowych, stosowanych zwlaszcza przy oknach przesuwnych pionowo, jak równiez uszcze¬ lek szczotkowych stosowanych przy oknach prze¬ suwnych poziomo. Kanal 9 o profilu krosna 1, zwlaszcza przy duzych oknach, przeznaczony jest do pomieszczenia metalowego profilu usztywniaja¬ cego lub przy oknach przesuwnych pionowo do po- 256 4 mieszczenia przeciwciezaru równowazacego ciezar skrzydel okiennych. The loom profile is also provided with fixing tabs 13. Also glued to the door frame profile is a gusset 14 and the number 15 is a free-hanging soft PVC film serving as a seal. Number 18 stands for lip or brush seals, number 19 - a profile made of neoprene resin, number 20 - window pane and number 21 - window sill. Profile 1 is used to make frames, all four sides of which have a profile of the same cross-section. These frames are fitted with frames made of profile 2, which also have equally contoured sides and form window sashes. The channel 3 is used to accommodate fittings or metal stiffening profiles. The groove 4 enables the removal and fitting of the sashes, or is a recess for the fitting room for the sliding of the sash. In the case of vertically sliding windows this groove serves, for example, to accommodate tension springs. Channels 5 and 5a having slots form a covered drain for water flowing in the direction of arrows a (fig. 2). The protrusions 6X serve to hold the glazing beads and together with the protrusions 62 and 63 constitute the attachment for the profile 7b holding the pane 20, which, with the appropriate shape of the profile 7b, can also be a double glazing. Profiles 19, made of neoprene resin, are pressed into the recesses 7 and serve to press the panes. These profiles have wedge-shaped projections to prevent falling out. The fastening grooves 8 serve to seat the lip seals, used in particular with vertically sliding windows, and also the brush ones used with horizontally sliding windows. The channel 9 with a loom profile 1, especially for large windows, is intended to accommodate a metal stiffening profile or with vertically sliding windows to accommodate a counterweight to balance the weight of the sash. Dripping water collects in the channel 10 and is discharged through appropriate slots to the window sill 21 in the direction of arrows b in FIG. 2.
