Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka dla malych dzieci w postaci slimaka, która oprócz pelnienia roli zabawki przez ciagniecie jej za sznurek, osiaga tez przez bawiace sie dziecko, umiejetnosci zrecznosciowe, po- przez rozbieranie i ponowne skladanie niektórych elementów w celu zbudowa- nia z nich kompletnej zabawki w postaci slimaka. Poza tym zabawka umozliwia edukacje myslowa, pelni role koordynacji wzrokowo-ruchowej oraz wyrabia u dziecka zmysl orientacji przestrzennej, jak równiez uczy liczenia i rozrózniania kolorów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac slimaka, skladajacego sie z czterech czesci - segmentów, które latwo daja sie dozyc w jedna calosc. Uksztaltowanie poszczególnych czesci - segmentów wzoru umozliwia ich wytwarzanie w produkcji masowej. Zabawka wedlug istotnych cech wzoru przemyslowego w jednej odmianie wykonania przedstawiona jest na rysunku i fotografii, z których rysunek - fig. 1 pokazuje podstawowa czesc zabawki w postaci korpusu na czterech kólkach, fig. 2 - dolny segment stanowiacy fragment muszl i slimaka, fig. 3 - srodkowy seg-ment muszli slimaka i fig. 4 - górny segment muszli slimaka, natomiast fotogra- fia pokazuje w widoku perspektywicznym zabawke w dwóch ujeciach, z lewej strony po jej zlozeniu w calosc, a z prawej strony po rozlozeniu jej na czesci. Wzór przemyslowy, pokazany na fig. 1 do fig. 4 oraz fotografii, charakte- ryzuje sie tym, w swych istotnych cechach, ze slimak przedstawiony jest w spo- sób bajkowy i sklada sie z korpusu z glowa, osadzonego na czterech obrotowych kólkach oraz odejmowalnej muszli w postaci trzech segmentów, które zbudowa- ne sa w postaci umozliwiajacej ich rozkladanie i ponowne skladanie, przy czym dolny segment muszli, aby umozliwic jego rozlaczne polaczenia z górna czescia korpusu slimaka wyposazony jest od dolu w wystajacy cylindryczny kolnierz, usytuowany centrycznie do obwodu segmentu, przystosowany do osadzenia na trzpieniu na górnej powierzchni korpusu. Na szyi slimaka pod glowa zawiazany jest kolorowy sznurek do ciagniecia zabawki zakonczony kolorowym elementem ozdobnym. Dalszymi cechami korpusu slimaka jest to, ze uformowany jest on jako pusty w wnetrzu monolit z tworzywa, zakonczony z jednej strony wydluzona szyja z glowa slimaka, na której czubku znajduja sie nieco oddalone od siebie dwie czujki, które odchylone sa do przodu, z których kazda zakonczona jest kul- ka, laczaca sie stozkowo z trzonem czujki, przy czym ponizej czujek osadzone sa okragle wystajace oczy, zas na calej dlugosci korpusu, w jego czesci dolnej uksztaltowane jest z obu stron uzebrowanie, zwezajace sie w kierunku szyi, gdzie zanika, a na górnej powierzchni korpusu, która jest wypukla, uformowany jest trzpien do polaczenia z dolnym segmentem muszli w postaci plaskiego wal-cowego krazka, którego dolna powierzchnia uformowane ma podluzne wkle- sniecie dopasowane ksztaltem do wypuklej powierzchni korpusu oraz uformo- wany ma wystajacy centrycznie cylindryczny kolnierz do osadzenia w trzpieniu korpusu. Dalszymi istotnymi cechami wzoru jest uksztaltowanie dwóch dalszych segmentów muszli slimaka w postaci plaskich walcowych krazków, z których srodkowy na powierzchni dolnej ma uformowany centrycznie usytuowany okra- gly otwór, a na powierzchni górnej centrycznie usytuowany trzpien, który dopa- sowany jest do osadzenia w otworze uformowanym w dolnej czesci górnego segmentu muszli, który od góry zakonczony jest wypukla czasza. Segmenty muszli, poczawszy od dolnego stopniowo maja mniejsza sred- nice. Nastepna istotna cecha zabawki jest uksztaltowanie obrotowych kól jezd- nych w postaci walcowych krazków o stosunkowo duzej szerokosci jezdnej w stosunku do srednicy kola, które od czola zawieraja cylindryczne wglebienia. Istotna cecha w zakresie kolorystyki zabawki, jest to, ze kazda jej czesc uksztaltowana jest jako jeden monolit z barwnego tworzywa termoplastycznego w jednym kolorze, kontrastujacym z pozostalymi kolorowymi czesciami zabaw- ki, przy czym dobór barw poszczególnych czesci moze byc dowolny, a dwie wersje zestawu kolorów pokazano na fotografii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac zabawki dla dzieci, która moze byc ustawiana na poziomym, dowolnym, plaskim, podlozu, natomiast ciagnieta na dowolnym podlozu, prócz spadzistego.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a toy for young children in the form of a snail. In addition to playing as a toy by pulling its string, the child also develops dexterity skills by disassembling and reassembling certain components to build a complete snail toy. Furthermore, the toy facilitates cognitive development, plays a role in hand-eye coordination, and develops spatial orientation in children, as well as teaching counting and color discrimination. The subject of the industrial design is an original snail, consisting of four parts—segments that can easily be assembled into a single whole. The shape of the individual parts—segments—allows for mass production. The toy, in accordance with the essential features of the industrial design, in one embodiment is presented in a drawing and a photograph, of which the drawing - Fig. 1 shows the basic part of the toy in the form of a body on four wheels, Fig. 2 - the lower segment constituting a fragment of the shell and the snail, Fig. 3 - the middle segment of the snail shell and Fig. 4 - the upper segment of the snail shell, while the photograph shows the toy in a perspective view in two shots, on the left side after it has been assembled and on the right side after it has been disassembled into parts. The industrial design shown in Figures 1 to 4 and the photographs is characterized by the fact that the snail is presented in a cartoon-like manner and consists of a body with a head mounted on four rotating wheels and a removable shell in the form of three segments, which are constructed in a form that allows them to be disassembled and reassembled. The lower shell segment, to enable its detachable connection to the upper part of the snail body, is equipped at the bottom with a protruding cylindrical collar, located centrally to the segment's circumference and adapted to be mounted on a pin on the upper surface of the body. A colorful string for pulling the toy is tied around the snail's neck, under the head, and terminated with a colorful decorative element. Further features of the snail body are that it is formed as a hollow plastic monolith, terminated on one side by an elongated neck with a snail head, on the tip of which there are two sensors slightly spaced apart, which are inclined forward, each of which ends with a ball, conically connected to the sensor shaft, where below the sensors there are round protruding eyes, while along the entire length of the body, in its lower part, there is a ribbed shape on both sides, narrowing towards the neck, where it disappears, and on the upper surface of the body, which is convex, there is a pin formed for connection with the lower segment of the shell in the form of a flat cylindrical disc, the lower surface of which has a formed elongated concavity adapted in shape to the convex surface of the body and a formed protruding A centrally cylindrical collar for mounting in the body's mandrel. Further significant features of the design include the shaping of two further segments of the snail shell as flat, cylindrical discs, the middle one of which has a centrally located circular opening on its lower surface, and a centrally located mandrel on its upper surface, which is adapted to fit in a hole formed in the lower part of the upper shell segment, which ends at the top with a convex dome. The shell segments, starting from the lower one, gradually have a smaller diameter. Another significant feature of the toy is the shaping of the rotating running wheels as cylindrical discs with a relatively large running width in relation to the wheel diameter, which contain cylindrical recesses at the front. An important feature of the toy's color scheme is that each part is formed as a single monolith of colorful thermoplastic material in a single color, contrasting with the other colorful parts of the toy. The colors of individual parts can be chosen freely, and two versions of the color scheme are shown in the photograph. The subject of the industrial design is an original form of a children's toy that can be placed on any horizontal, flat surface, and pulled on any surface, except sloping ones.
