Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii arma- tury. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczo- nym rysunku, którego - Fig. 1, przedstawia zestawienie odmian: 1, 2, kompletu armatury, - Fig. 2 ukazuje pierwsza odmiane armatury 1, która sta- nowi zawór czerpalny, w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach poje-dynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 *, w widoku w przekroju górnym i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem; - Fig. 3 ukazuje druga odmiane armatury 2 wedlug wzoru w postaci wylewki, która pokazana jest w pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w rzucie bocznym pionowym przy 90" w stosunku do rzutu glównego pionowego, w rzucie pionowym tylnym, w perspektywie w rzucie pionowym glównym i w przekroju; Odmiany kompletu armatury wedlug wzoru wytwarzane sa z metalu metoda odlewania i obróbki powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the lines of the fitting. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, of which - Fig. 1, presents a summary of variants: 1, 2, of the set of fittings; - Fig. 2 shows the first variant of fitting 1, which constitutes a tap, in individual single views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left at 90°, in a top cross-sectional view, and individual perspective views taken from various angles; - Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the fitting 2 according to the pattern in the form of a spout, which is shown in individual views as a top vertical projection, in a side vertical projection at 90" in relation to the top vertical projection, in a rear vertical projection, in perspective in a top vertical projection and in cross-section; The variants of the set of fittings according to the pattern are manufactured from metal by casting and surface treatment. The first variant 1 is a tap valve, which is distinguished by the fact that it comprises an inclined cylindrical body, which, starting from its origin, in the position opposite to the inclination, has an extension that is substantially flat and, on the opposite side, substantially rounded and of a smaller height, located on the same surface as the body in question, constituting a set of configurations with a lateral rise essentially in the shape of an inverted triangle, the cylindrical body of which has been provided at its upper end with a handle which is incorporated into it by means of a suitable cap, and at the end of the extension it is connected to a rotating tube which ends in a suitable nozzle provided with a filter; its tube is essentially in the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms, the longer one of which is connected by a free end to the cited extension protruding above, and by the free end of the short arm constituting the nozzle provided with a filter; while the tube of both arms, both the long one and the short one, has a circular cross-section, and in the inflection zone between both arms it has an elliptical cross-section. The second variant 2 is a spout which is distinguished by the fact that it contains a pipe which is basically in the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms, the longer one of which has a connecting spigot at the end, and on the opposite side a short pipe which constitutes a nozzle equipped with an appropriate filter; This pipe has a circular cross-section in both arms, the long and short one, while in the inflection zone between both arms it has an elliptical cross-section. The fitting variants 1 and 2, from the set of fittings according to the pattern, are manufactured from metal by casting and surface treatment, and are intended for installation in sanitary facilities in bathrooms and washrooms, as well as kitchens.
