Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet armatury, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do montazu w pomieszczeniach kuchennych i lazienkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii armatury. W sklad kompletu armatury lazienkowej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wchodzi jednonastawny zawór wodny zlewozmywaka z demontowalnym natryskiem, jednonastawny zawór wodny zlewozmywaka z rura obrotowa, element scienny zaworu wodnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, którego- Fig. 1, przedstawia zestawienie siedmiu elementów: 1, 2, § kompletu armatury, - Fig. 2 ukazuje pierwszy element I kompletu armatury w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach pojedynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 *, w widoku z góry i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem; - Fig. 3 ukazuje drugi element 2 kompletu armatury, w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach pojedynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 *, w widoku z góry i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem. - Fig. 4 ukazuje trzeci element 2 kompletu armatury, w poszczególnych pojedynczych widokach jako rzut glówny pionowy, w widokach pojedynczych bocznych, od prawej i lewej strony przy 90 *, w widoku z góry i pojedynczych rzutach perspektywicznych wykonanych pod róznym katem.Pierwszy element 1 kompletu armatury stanowi jednonastawny zawór wodny zlewozmywaka z demontowalnym natryskiem, posiadajacy korpus glówny o ksztalcie zasadniczo o formie litery „L" z wierzcholkiem nieco lukowatym, o przekroju rurowym, którego przekrój poprzeczny stopniowo ulega zmniejszeniu od elementu uruchamiajacego w kierunku swobodnego konca. Korpus glówny okreslony jest przez dwa odcinki, z których pierwszy to odcinek pionowy i prosty, sluzacy do uruchamiania, do którego przylaczone jest pod katem przedluzenie rurowe o lukowatym ksztalcie i o zasadniczo kolistym przekroju, które posiada stosowna dzwignie sterujaca w ksztalcie zasadniczo litery „C" o nierównych wymiarowo ramionach, która jest przylaczona do ramienia krótkiego, oraz odcinek górny, podtrzymujacy na swobodnym koncu odpowiedni element rozpylajacy wode, który ma ksztalt kuli, scietej przez plaszczyzny równolegle i krancowe, przeciwlegle srednicowo, który w górnej czesci ma ksztalt nieco stozkowaty, a w dolnej czesci, mieszczacej wlasciwy rozpylacz wody, jest zasadniczo plaski.Drugi element 2 kompletu armatury lazienkowej stanowi jednonastawny zawór wodny zlewozmywaka z rura obrotowa, obejmujacy korpus glówny o ksztalcie mieszanym, prostym i zakrzywionym, który posiada przekrój rurowy zmniejszajacy stopniowo swój wymiar od elementu uruchamiajacego do swobodnego konca. Korpus posiada dwa odcinki, z których pierwszy to odcinek prosty, pionowy, sluzacy do uruchamiania, do którego przylaczone jest przedluzenie rurowe o lukowatym ksztalcie, zasadniczo kolistym, tworzace kat, zaopatrzone w odpowiedni uchwyt zasadniczo w ksztalcie litery „C" o nierównych ramionach. Uchwyt przylaczony jest do krótszego ramienia, którego odcinek prosty, sluzacy do uruchamiania, posiada wraz z przedluzeniem przekrój zmniejszajacy swój wymiar od strony elementu uruchamiajacego i którego korpus glówny przesuwa sie w kierunku swobodnego konca o mniejszym kolistym przekroju, oraz odcinek górny, zasadniczo pólkoliscie zakrzywiony, na którego swobodnym koncu znajduje sie wlasciwy aerator.Trzeci element S kompletu armatury stanowi czesc zaworu wodnego, bedaca elementem sciennym obejmujacym kolnierz, z którego odchodzi pusty w srodku, lukowaly korpus o przekroju kolowym, który nieco zmniejsza swoja srednice od kolnierza do swobodnego konca, zakonczonego plaska scianka kolowa, tworzaca kat ze wspomnianym kolnierzem, z której wychodzi ruchomy uchwyt sterujacy, posiadajacy zasadniczo ksztalt litery „C" o nierównych ramionach i który przylaczony jest do korpusu za posrednictwem swojego krótszego ramienia. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the fitting lines. The bathroom fitting set according to the industrial design includes a single-setting sink water valve with a removable shower head, a single-setting sink water valve with a swivel pipe, and a wall element for the water valve. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, of which - Fig. 1, presents a combination of seven elements: 1, 2, § of the fitting set; - Fig. 2 shows the first element of the fitting set in individual individual views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left at 90°, in a top view, and individual perspective views taken from various angles; - Fig. 3 shows the second element 2 of the fittings set, in individual single views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left at 90 *, in a top view and individual perspective views taken from different angles. - Fig. 4 shows the third element 2 of the fittings set, in individual single views as a main vertical projection, in individual side views, from the right and left at 90 *, in a top view and individual perspective views taken from different angles. The first element 1 of the fittings set is a single-adjustable water valve for a sink with a removable shower, having a main body in a substantially L-shaped shape with a slightly arched top, of tubular cross-section, the cross-section of which gradually decreases from the actuating element towards the free end. The main body is defined by two sections, the first of which is a vertical and straight section, used for actuation, to which is connected at an angle a tubular extension of arcuate shape and essentially circular cross-section, which has a suitable control lever in the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms, which is connected to the short arm, and an upper section, supporting at its free end a suitable water spraying element, which has the shape of a sphere, truncated by parallel and terminal planes, diametrically opposite, which has a slightly conical shape in the upper part and is essentially flat in the lower part, which houses the actual water sprayer. The second element 2 of the bathroom fittings set is a single-adjustable sink water valve with a swivel pipe, comprising a main body of mixed, straight shape and a curved one, which has a tubular cross-section that gradually decreases in size from the actuating element to the free end. The body has two sections, the first of which is a straight, vertical section, used for actuation, to which is connected a tubular extension of an arcuate, generally circular, shape, forming an angle, provided with a corresponding handle, generally in the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms. The handle is connected to a shorter arm, the straight section of which, used for actuation, has, with extension, a cross-section that reduces its dimensions towards the side of the actuating element and the main body of which moves towards the free end with a smaller circular cross-section, and an upper section, essentially curved in a semicircular manner, at the free end of which the actual aerator is located. The third element S of the set of fittings is a part of the water valve, being a wall element comprising a flange from which extends a hollow, arched body of circular cross-section, which slightly reduces its diameter from the flange to the free end, terminated by a flat circular wall forming an angle with the said flange, from which extends a movable control handle, essentially having the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms and which is connected to the body by means of its shorter arm. Elements I, 2, 3 of the fittings set according to the pattern are made of metal by casting and surface treatment and are intended for installation in washbasins, bathtubs, shower cabins and sinks. The essential feature of the industrial design is that: - the first element 1 of the set of fittings is a single-adjustable water valve for a sink with a removable shower, having a main body in the shape essentially of the letter JL" with a slightly arched top, of tubular cross-section, the cross-section of which gradually decreases from the actuating element towards the free end, the main body being defined by two sections, the first of which is a vertical and straight section, used for actuation, to which is connected at an angle a tubular extension of arched shape and essentially circular cross-section, which has a corresponding control lever in the shape of the letter "C" with arms of unequal dimensions, which is connected to the short arm, and an upper section, supporting on the free end a corresponding water spraying element, which has the shape of a sphere, truncated by parallel planes and the end, diametrically opposite, which in the upper part has a slightly conical shape, and in the lower part, which contains the actual water sprayer, is essentially flat; - the second element 2 of the set of bathroom fittings is a single-adjustable sink water valve with a swivel pipe, comprising a main body of a mixed, straight and curved shape, which has a tubular cross-section gradually decreasing in size from the actuating element to the free end, wherein the body has two sections, the first of which is a straight, vertical section, used for actuation, to which is connected a tubular extension of an arcuate, essentially circular shape, forming an angle, provided with a corresponding handle essentially in the shape of a solid "C" with unequal arms, which is connected to a shorter arm, the straight section of which, used for actuation, has, together with the extension, a cross-section decreasing in size from the side of the actuating element and the main body of which moves towards the free end with a smaller circular cross-section, and an upper section, essentially semicircularly curved, at the free end of which is located the aerator proper; the third element 3 of the fitting set is a part of the water valve, being a wall element encompassing a flange from which extends a hollow, arc-shaped body of circular cross-section, which slightly reduces its diameter from the flange to the free end, terminated by a flat circular wall forming an angle with the said flange, from which extends a movable control handle, essentially having the shape of the letter "C" with unequal arms and which is connected to the body by means of its shorter arm.
