Description

W obu przypadkach przyrzad do wykrawania musi byc poddany wyzarzaniu odpre¬ zajacemu, a nastepnie hartowaniu i odpuszczaniu. Dla unikniecia obróbki termicznej i operacji szlifowania przyrzadu do wykrawania zastosowa¬ no normalnie utwardzone i szlifowane tasmy no¬ zowe i tasmy te przerobiono na formy samouwal- niajace. Otrzymany powTyzszym sposobem przyrzad do wykrawania posiada nóz z hartowanej i szlifowanej stali o nachyleniu w sto¬ sunku do plaszczyzny, w którym lezy jego krawedz tnaca, korzystnie 4,5°. PL PLThe present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an apparatus for punching parts of footwear or clothing, and an apparatus made in this way. for an hour. Moreover, it is known to make punching devices from unhardened strip steel where forging is not required. In both cases, the punching tool must be stress-relieved, then quenched and tempered. Thereafter, the end faces are ground and the blade is ground on the inside of the tool. Grinded knife belts are also known, from which devices for punching by bending according to a given shape are made. Until now, however, it has not been possible to make such devices self-releasing. The aim of the invention is to remove the above-described technical disadvantages, as well as to develop a self-releasing device. To avoid heat treatment and grinding of the punching device, normally hardened and ground knife bands were used and these tapes were transformed into self-releasing forms. Contrary to popular opinion, the invention assumes that also the hardened knife band can be mechanically cold elongated, both in the cutting and dorsal part, so that when the knife band is bent to the required shape, the inclination of the knife band necessary for self-release occurs by suitable elongation in the cold state. According to the method of the invention, the cold bent, hardened and ground knife belt is pulled along the outer ridges along the back of the knife, and within the inner ridges along the cutting edge. The punching device thus obtained has a hardened and ground steel knife with an inclination to the plane in which its cutting edge lies, preferably 4.5 °. According to a further characteristic, on the outer side of the ridge edge or on the dorsal side, the punching tool has a circumferentially fitting frame reinforcement. of footwear or clothing in a perspective side view, and Fig. 2 is a strip steel knife cut along the axis A-B as shown in Fig. 1. The strip steel knife 1 is inclined to the plane in which it lies under at an angle of about 4.5 ° and has a circumferentially strengthening frame 2. The frame 2 is connected to the knife 1 by welding 3. The number 4 denotes the knife blade 1. 773943 77394 4 The device for punching is much lighter and simpler to manufacture than tools made of forged steel on the market, as the operations of forging, face grinding, torch treatment, sharpening, hardening, and tempering and polishing are eliminated. A further advantage of the device is that, with a dead weight of 1 kg, it is 0.5 kg lighter than a forged steel knife. This results in a weight saving of 300 kg for 600 cuts. The devices for punching parts of footwear or clothing can be made in any given shape and height, with or without a reinforcing frame. In addition, by using a concave polished blade for repeated punching of particularly thick layers, for example rubber sheets etc. accuracy. PL PL
