Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Nowosc i oryginalnosc oprawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych opraw oswietleniowych przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, kolorystyce, materiale i jego strukturze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku - fig. 1 i na fotografii - fig. 2.Korpus oprawy stanowi czesc przednia 1 i czesc tylna 2 ze zródlem swiatla, polaczone czesciami bocznymi 3. Czesc przednia 1 wykonana jest z blachy aluminiowej zagietej pod katem prostym w ksztalt litery „U", przy czym jej poziome powierzchnie sa ryflowane. Czesc tylna 2 ma równiez ksztalt litery „U", ale o szerszej podstawie. Wszystkie powierzchnie czesci tylnej 2 sa gladkie. Czesci boczne 3 maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu, którego pionowe sciany sa trapezami prostokatnymi. Pomiedzy czesciami 1 i 2, na górnej i na dolnej powierzchni korpusu, mieszczone sa przezroczyste szyby 4. Zewnetrzne elementy oprawy oswietleniowej wykonane sa z blachy aluminiowej w naturalnym kolorze srebra, przy czym czesc z nich ma powierzchnie blyszczaca, gladka i ryflowana, a czesc matowa i chropowata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: - oryginalny, nowoczesny i elegancki ksztalt oprawy - naturalny, srebrny kolor elementów z blachy aluminiowej - oryginalne polaczenie powierzchni matowych i blyszczacych oraz gladkich, chropowatych i ryflowanych - estetyczne wykonanie.Fig. 1Fig. 2 PL PL PLLighting fixture with a flat body. The industrial design registration right is valid from: November 19, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a lighting fixture with a flat body. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the fixture based on the industrial design, in relation to known lighting fixtures, is manifested in the arrangement of lines, shape, colors, material, and its structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and the photograph - Fig. 2. The body of the fixture consists of a front part 1 and a rear part 2 with a light source, connected by side parts 3. The front part 1 is made of aluminum sheet bent at a right angle into the shape of the letter "U," with its horizontal surfaces being grooved. The rear part 2 is also U-shaped, but with a wider base. All surfaces of the rear part 2 are smooth. The side parts 3 have the shape of a cuboid, the vertical walls of which are rectangular trapezoids. Between parts 1 and 2, on the upper and lower surfaces of the body, transparent glass panes 4 are placed. The external elements of the lighting fixture are made of aluminum sheet in a natural silver color, some of them have a glossy, smooth and grooved surface, while others have a matte and rough surface. The essential features of the industrial design are: - original, modern and elegant shape of the fixture - natural, silver color of aluminum sheet elements - original combination of matte and glossy surfaces as well as smooth, rough and grooved surfaces - aesthetic workmanship.
