Oprawa oswietleniowa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 19 listopada 2002 Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa oswietleniowa przeznaczona do wbudowania w element scienny. Oprawa posiada dwie odmiany. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu o indywidualnym charakterze. Nowosc i oryginalnosc oprawy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w odniesieniu do znanych opraw oswietleniowych przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, kolorystyce, materiale i jego strukturze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku i na fotografiach, na których na fig. 1 przedstawiono odmiane 1 oprawy, na fig. 2 -odmiane 2 oprawy, na fig. 3 - fotografie odmiany 1, a na fig. 4 - fotografie odmiany 2 oprawy. Odmiane 1 oprawy oswietleniowej stanowi zewnetrzny korpus i , w którym umieszczona jest maskujaca ramka 2, elementy odblaskowe w postaci plaskich i gladkich bocznych powierzchni 3 oraz ksztaltowej, tylnej powierzchni 4 i oslona 5 zródla swiatla z przezroczysta szyba 6. Odblaskowa powierzchnia 4 wykonana jest z blachy aluminiowej ryflowanej, co powoduje zwiekszenie powierzchni odbijajacej swiatlo, a odpowiednio dobrany ksztalt powierzchni 4 wplywa korzystnie na osiagany efekt swietlny. Odmiana 2 oprawy oswietleniowej rózni sie od odmiany 1 wysokoscia jej elementów skladowych. Korpus 1 i maskujaca ramka 2 w odmianie 1 maja ksztalt prostokatny, natomiast w odmianie 2 maja ksztalt kwadratowy. Zewnetrzne elementy obu odmian opraw oswietleniowych wykonane sa z blachy aluminiowej, przy czym czesc z nich jest blyszczaca, gladka i ryflowana, a czesc matowa i chropowata. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: - prosty, elegancki ksztalt - naturalny, srebrny kolor elementów z blachy aluminiowej - oryginalne polaczenie powierzchni matowych i blyszczacych oraz gladkich i ryflowanych - oprawa przystosowana do wbudowania w element scienny - estetyczne wykonanie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2Fig. 3 Fig. 4 PL PLLighting Fixture The industrial design registration right is valid from: November 19, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a lighting fixture intended for recessed installation in a wall element. The fixture is available in two varieties. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of an object with an individual character. The novelty and originality of the fixture based on the industrial design, in relation to known lighting fixtures, is manifested in the arrangement of lines, shape, colors, material, and its structure. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows variant 1 of the fixture, Fig. 2 shows variant 2 of the fixture, Fig. 3 shows photographs of variant 1, and Fig. 4 shows photographs of variant 2 of the fixture. Version 1 of the lighting fixture comprises an external body and a masking frame 2, reflective elements in the form of flat, smooth side surfaces 3 and a shaped rear surface 4, and a light source cover 5 with a transparent glass pane 6. The reflective surface 4 is made of grooved aluminum sheet, which increases the light-reflecting surface, and the appropriately selected shape of surface 4 positively influences the achieved lighting effect. Version 2 of the lighting fixture differs from version 1 in the height of its components. The body 1 and masking frame 2 in version 1 are rectangular, while in version 2 they are square. The exterior elements of both lighting fixtures are made of sheet aluminum, some of which are glossy, smooth, and grooved, while others are matte and rough. The industrial design features include: - a simple, elegant shape - a natural, silver color of the aluminum sheet elements - a unique combination of matte and glossy surfaces, as well as smooth and grooved surfaces - a fixture designed for recessed installation in a wall element - and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
