Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca ozdobna, przezna- czona do dekoracyjnego uzytku powszechnego. Zglaszajacemu nie jest znana tego ksztaltu swieca ozdobna. Swieca ozdobna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi gruboscien- na ksztaltka w formie serca, osadzona jednym prostym bokiem rozlacz- nie pionowo w podstawce, pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do siebie usytu- owanymi wypustami. W pobocznicy czesci promieniowej osadzono kno- ty. Swiece ozdobne maja rózna kolorystyke. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia w perspektywie swiece ozdobna, a fig. 2 przedstawia kolorystyke swiec ozdobnych. 1. Cecha istotna swiecy ozdobnej jest to, ze stanowi ja gruboscienna ksztaltka (1) w formie serca, osadzona jednym prostym bokiem (2) roz- lacznie pionowo w podstawce (3), pomiedzy dwoma równolegle do sie- bie usytuowanymi wypustami (4), zas w pobocznicy 5 czesci promienio- wej osadzono knoty (6), a cecha charakterystyczna zdobienia swiecy jest kolor kremowym (7) lub niebieski cieniowany (8) i (8]), jak pokazano na fig. 2Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative candle, intended for general decorative use. The applicant is not familiar with this shape of decorative candle. The decorative candle, according to the industrial design, is a thick-walled, heart-shaped piece, mounted vertically on a base with one straight side detachably placed between two parallel projections. Wicks are embedded in the radial side. Decorative candles come in various colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the decorative candle in perspective, and Fig. 2 shows the color scheme of decorative candles. 1. The essential feature of the decorative candle is that it is a thick-walled shape (1) in the form of a heart, mounted with one straight side (2) vertically in the base (3), between two parallel projections (4), while in the side 5 of the radial part there are wicks (6), and the characteristic feature of the candle decoration is the cream color (7) or shaded blue (8) and (8]), as shown in Fig. 2Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL
