Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest scena przenosna, przeznaczona do prowadzenia zabawy lub zajec edukacyjnych i przedszkolnych i szkolnych, a takze specjalistycznych zajec pozalekcyjnych. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem, barwa i wlasciwosciami powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of novelty and originality of an industrial design lies in the new form of the object, manifested in shape, color, and surface properties. The subject of an industrial design is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 - shows a frontal view of the stage showing its side frame in the form of colorful, red stripes containing on the surface fanciful drawings of human silhouettes in a contrasting color and the back surface containing side load-bearing pillars and a sliding curtain, as well as a raised base in the shape of a rectangle, constituting a stage with a surface containing placed symmetrical cuboids of low height and an upper surface in the shape of rectangular elements, Fig. 2 - shows a view of the upper part of the side frame showing the location of colorful stripes containing fanciful drawings of human silhouettes, mounted on elements enabling their moving and replacement with other colorful stripes, Fig. 3 - shows a view of the location on the vertical element of the side frame of the front frame, in the lower part, a hook element connected to a flexible a string, constituting in the lower part a horizontal front partition, containing attached decorative elements in the form of a strip imitating the outline of a grassy meadow, fig. 4 - shows a view of the upper rear part of the frame showing the mounting on the hook elements of a sliding curtain of a contrasting yellow colour, fig. 5 - shows a view of the lower surface of the part of the stage constituting the catwalk, containing in the corners symmetrically placed vertical posts, which together with the coloured stripes constitute the front side frame of the stage and the rear support of the horizontal beam with the curtain, as well as the surface of the catwalk made of a series of low cuboids, fig. 6 - shows a view of the lower part of the stage constituting the catwalk, with a protruding low cuboid, showing at the base a longitudinal cuboid element placed in the cutouts and connecting in the lower part the low cuboids constituting the elements of the stage surface, while the attached drawings show in fig. 7 - a stage frame with stripes and rows of low cuboids forming the outline of a catwalk, and vertical double side posts at the corners, which are connected at the top by a rectangular element; in Fig. 8 - a stage frame with vertical side posts at the corners.
